Located just outside Paris, this apartment offers tranquillity while staying close to the city. A large grocery store is at the end of the street, and a lively shopping area is nearby. It is on the third floor and accessible by lift.

Upon entering this 75 m² apartment, you'll find a bright, elegantly decorated space.

The living room features a very comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining table for four guests. It opens onto a 36 m² terrace where you can relax and dine after your Parisian adventures.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential appliances and utensils for preparing your meals: oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and espresso machine.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom and toilet. The second bedroom, painted in vibrant red, features a double bed (140x200 cm), sliding doors, and a soundproof curtain. It also has a shower room with a washing machine. The third bedroom includes a single bed. All beds are made up of high-quality hotel linens.

You'll have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays.

Asnières-sur-Seine, a charming town located on the outskirts of Paris, offers a unique blend of tranquillity and vibrancy. Nestled along the banks of the Seine, it enchants visitors with its peaceful atmosphere and welcoming green spaces, such as the Chanteraines Park. Visitors can explore its picturesque streets, admire the elegant architecture of its bourgeois houses, and marvel at the Saint-Serge Church, a neo-Gothic masterpiece. The town also provides easy access to the capital while maintaining its own local character, making it an ideal retreat for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Paris while remaining close by.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Les Agnettes (line 13), is just a 7-minute walk.

CDG Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.
