Very nice

We had a plesant stay. Nice house and pool. The kids loved to swim in the clean and nice pool. Joust a short drive to the store, with everyting we needed for the stay.

A beautiful location

The location is so peaceful. Surrounded by the forest with a wonderful view down to the small lake. We enjoyed sitting outside, spotting the local wildlife,such as deer, wild boar and numerous birds. There's plenty of space for children to play. There's badminton,boules and ping pong.You can walk in the woods or cycle. If you enjoy cycling, the area is great and even the small county lanes are well maintained. You can fish in the lake, which has small carp and other course fish. The house is very well equipped with everything you need. The travel cot was in excellent condition. Our hosts were so friendly and attentive. The covered swimming pool is about 10 metres long and there was space enough for our family and that of the neighbouring gite. Overall my family had a great holiday that was very relaxing.

Natur pur

Tolle Landschaft, viele Möglichkeiten zur Entspannung. Sehr nettes Personal vor Ort. Auftretende Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Elementare Französisch-Kenntnisse sind für die Verständigung mit den Verwaltern jedoch notwendig. Die Hausausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ausreichend. Alles in allem hatten wir großartige Urlaubstage und bedanken uns ganz herzlich für Alles.

Séjour nature en famille

Priorité grande et calme au milieu de la forêt, piscine chauffée au top! Grands espaces pour jouer, promenade en forêt au départ de la maison: on voit facilement des biches, cerfs, marcassins sangliers. Idéal pour un séjour en famille

Geweldige omgeving

De ligging van de woning is geweldig. Met uitzicht op het meer. Je wandelt zo uren het bos in. Het is een erg groot prive-terrein met herten en wilde zwijnen. We hebben zelfs een marter gezien en een vos. Er is een tam edelhert. Boubi. Je kon om zijn verblijf prima rondjes hardlopen. Soms rent ie dan een stukje met je mee.

Prachtige locatie, zeer prettige sfeer en fantastische beheerders

Het is werkelijk een prachtige woning, dat is voorzien van alle gemakken. Het is ook zeer schoon en goed onderhouden. Het uitzicht op het meer is prachtig en in de verte hoor je de ganzen en in het aangrenzende bos kan je herten en zwijnen vinden. De beheerders zijn heel lief en zorgzaam en doen er alles aan om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Elke vraag werd direct goed beantwoord! (Bedankt, mw. Rossi !) Het zwembad is verwarmd en overkapt en daarom ook in april prima te gebruiken. Het zwembad is niet volledig privé, omdat ook de bewoners van een ander huis op het terrein van het zwembad gebruik maken. In de praktijk gaf dat geen problemen, maar wel goed om te weten. Al met al een aanrader !

Prachtige vakantie bestemming

Welkom en hartelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw en heer op werkelijk een fantastische plek. Genoten van het huis, natuur, verwarmde zwembad en Loire gebied. Een plek om terug te willen komen. Super week gehad.

Séjour familial en giennois

Belle propriété très bien entretenue idéale pour un séjour à la campagne. La piscine couverte et chauffée nous a sauvée du mauvais temps. Balades variées dans la forêt autour de la maison et toutes visites très variées possibles dans un rayon de 10kms, Gien La Bussiere, Briard...Gardiens très disponibles. Tout était très bien

Giite reposant cadre calme arboré

La nature a porté de main Réveil et déjeuner face au lac et la foret de 350 hectares ( biche cerf sanglier canard renard en visu ) Balade à velo ou à pied Endroit idyllique pour se reposer au pied de la piscine et de ses environs ( balade au bord de la loire et de ses châteaux)

Super Séjour à la Caillardière !

Superbe endroit en pleine nature ! nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet endroit calme et reposant où nous avons pu profiter de la piscine, des balades en vélo et de la proximité avec les cerfs et les biches, Top !

Un havre de paix dans la nature

Le descriptif de l'annonce correspond très bien à la location : un havre de paix dans la nature. L'endroit est vraiment magnifique et la vue reposante. Un très beau lieu pour une semaine de vacances en famille.

GENIAL

Nous avons passé un week end entre amis formidable à Gien. Les photos ne montrent pas toute la beauté du lieu : une vue magnifique sur un étang (dans lequel nous avons même pu nous baigner). La maison est très fonctionnelle et idéale pour une groupe de 8 personnes. Je recommande vivement !

Prachtige locatie en verblijf

Prachtige locatie. Rustig en midden natuur. Zeer nette woning met alles wat je nodig hebt. Zeer vriendelijke rn behulpzame conciërge. Ontvangst zeer hartelijk. Dicht bij alle nodige winkels. Zeker een aanrader.

Belle propriété mais tarif un peu cher pour la prestation globale

L'endroit est magnifique, c'est très agréable de se retrouver dans la nature . Les étangs, la foret et les animaux permettent vraiment de déconnecter. Le gardien est bienveillant. Petit hic , le gite se fait vieux, les meubles et la déco sont rustiques, nous étions envahi de fourmis et un des lits vendu pour deux est vraiment tout petit .

Un week-end en famille parfait, la propriété est très bien située, Olivier le gardien est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle ! Nous avons également croisé les propriétaires qui le sont tout autant! Je recommande cette location qui est à la fois au calme et proche de gien ! Un petit paradis ! Nous reviendrons très vite ! Un grand merci

Excellente semaine

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à la Caillardière. La maison est pratique et confortable avec une excellente literie. Le lieu est splendide et Olivier le gardien, très accueillant. Notre famille a été ravie et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Week-end ensoleillé, ce qui nous a permis de profiter du jardin, de la piscine, de la terrasse ! Les espaces extérieures sont magnifiques ! Les 2 gîtes sont bien équipés et la literie est bonne. Le boulodrome qui se situe en bas du terrain mériterait d'être refait et en plus il est en pente donc pas top ! La gardienne sur place est très sympathique ! Peut-être à l'année prochaine !

Sans hésitation, allez-y

Bonjour, nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans votre demeure, malgré une météo mauvaise. Vous possédez un domaine exceptionnel et des prestations à la hauteur. Très surpris par les animaux lorsque nous allions nous promener autour du lac et la cerise sur le gâteau, c’est la piscine couverte et chauffée. Nous avons aussi apprécié la présence de votre personne sur le site. En espérant peut être y revenir avec une météo plus clémente. Cordialement JCD
