INSIDE THE HOME

As you enter the home, you’re greeted by a bright, open plan living space with beautiful cathedral ceilings and high-quality furnishings. With a large dining area, comfortable living room, large kitchen and adjacent lounge area, the design for the main living area is elegantly executed. The main floor is completed by a shared four-piece bathroom, a double twin bedroom, bright secondary queen bedroom and a primary, king suite.

On the lower level of this home, guests will find the ultimate lounge area. With a casual living area, wet bar, full bathroom and two extra bedrooms, this is the perfect place for guests to kick back. On the lower level courtyard, guests have access to the large, private hot tub - the best way to end every day in Truckee!

- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains, this home has a steep driveway.

- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November-May.

Booking your stay at Exquisite Alpine Chalet, provides you with access to the Tahoe Donner Association clubhouse and Tahoe Donner Ski Resort is the perfect place for alpine recreation in the winter! With incredible activities and amenities just minutes away from the property, when you stay at Exquisite Alpine Chalet, you can find everything you need without having to venture away from the peaceful Northwoods area!

Each eligible property is issued 6 guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner Association.  Guests that fail to leave all 6 guest cards in the home after checkout will be subject to a $100 fine per missing card. Children under the age of 3 are free.  
Guest access fees apply per person per day and vary by activity.

Full Terms + Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation/Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed.
