This house can accommodate up to 10 people, and includes a convivial 30 m² living room with fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, four comfortable bedrooms and four shower rooms. - Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) with storage, en-suite shower room with basin unit
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200) with storage, en-suite shower room, vanity unit
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160x200) with storage, en-suite shower room with shower, vanity unit

To enhance your comfort, the owners have equipped the house with various additional accessories: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, as well as an ironing board and iron.

The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a peaceful setting where the sound of birdsong accompanies your day. Although the dual carriageway looks close on the map, it is invisible and inaudible from the house. You will also find a number of amenities nearby: Leclerc two minutes away by car, Aldi, Picard and a bakery less than 1 minute away by car.
Activities :
Numerous water activities are available, such as windsurfing, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing and diving. There are also zoos, hiking trails and various cultural visits. A binder containing all the information from the tourist office is available in the accommodation.
Transport :
The courtyard has parking for up to 2 cars. Free public parking is available on the street. The house is less than 2 minutes from the RN12. The bus station serving the beach is an 8-minute walk away.
