The charming semi-detached house is located in the small village Veli Brgud. Here you will spend a perfect vacation. In the surrounding area there is a beautiful landscape, meadows, forests and the atmosphere of a small town in the countryside. The ground level house is furnished with care and radiates a warm atmosphere. In front of the house is a large covered terrace. The yard is large and houses the pool, the summer kitchen, a romantic gazebo and a play area for children. The mountains off the coast provide a particularly pleasant climate, there are warm summer days and fresh summer nights. In nearby Opatija are beautiful beaches, in the town of Kastav you can experience history and a shopping trip is best done in Rijeka. In this region the restaurants have a very good reputation.

Das Objekt steht etwas außerhalb, das Dorf Veli Brgud hat einen kleinen Konzum (Markt für die vielen Kleinigkeiten) und viel Ruhe! Das Haus ist groß und bietet viel Platz für eine große Gruppe (9 Schlafmöglichkeiten). Die Möblierung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, erfüllt aber ihren Zweck. Der neue Pool ist klasse!

Großartige Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft ist ohne jegliche Einschränkung bestens zu empfehlen, und wir hatten großes Vergnügen, dort 14 unbeschwerte Ferientage in absoluter Ruhe verleben zu können. Wir waren von der Größe des Hauses und des gesamten Grundstückes wirklich überrascht. Alles ist supersauber und bestens gepflegt. Die nur im Flur installierte Klimaanlage kam während unseres Aufenthalts nie zur Anwendung, weil das Haus äußerst wirkungsvoll auf natürliche Art durch seine Bauweise und auch durch große schattenspendende Bäume gegen Hitze bestens geschützt ist. Bei 32 Grad Außentemperatur konnten wir uns mit 23 Grad in der Wohnung wohl fühlen. Man glaubt es kaum, aber die gesamten Einrichtungen, also Wohnung, Terrassen, Gartenanlage, der Pool und ein überdachter Grillbereich stehen tatsächlich ausschließlich den jeweiligen Mietern zu. Eine wundervolle Wohnung mit allem, was das Herz begehrt, z. B. auch einem riesigen Fernseher mit allen öffentlichen deutschen Fernsehprogrammen. Der Pool wird alle zwei Tage von einem Wartungsunternehmen professionell gereinigt. In der Poolanlage stehen zusätzlich noch eine Dusche und eine Toilette zur Verfügung. Außerdem befindet sich dort auch eine große überdachte Terrasse mit einer komplett eingerichteten Küche, wohlgemerkt eine zusätzliche Küche (neben der Küche im Haus). Im Ort befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt, in dem man alles Nötige erhält. Wenn man der totalen Ruhe entfliehen will, gelangt man in 15 Autominuten in den nächsten Bade- und Urlaubsort
