My teen daughter and I stayed here while attending a dance convention downtown. This place was perfect in location and downtime away from the hectic convention. It was easy to locate, clean, and very cute!
Wonderful weekend for a Greenville wedding! Easy check in, spacious and clean accommodations.
Very close proximity to downtown. Convenient parking on street and great communication from the hosts. Thank you!

Wonderful unit!! Super clean, cute, and cozy! Hosts were great at communicating. Easy check in, clean up, and check out.
Great location and beautiful house.
The dryer was extremely loud & squeaky (couldn’t really use it while we were there) and the internet went out for a while.
Other than that, it was fabulous.
Very nice place, easy check-in and check-out. Older home with great craftsmanship. Hosts have taken great care with updated HVAC. We stayed three nights and walked downtown everyday. The Hosts provided great dining and event recommendations.
Would definitely stay again.
We had the most fun time in Greenville and staying in your house was great. We were able to walk where we wanted to go in the city and other locations were an easy drive. Thank you for being so welcoming.
Loved the vintage charm of the house. Very comfortable and has everything you will need for some time away from home.
Great neighborhood… walkable to downtown, neat restaurants, and parks. We had an easy walk to see a concert at the Bon Secoeurs Center. Close to the highway to get in and out of town.
Michael provided us with very detailed and user friendly check in and out instructions and also sent wonderful restaurant recommendations in the area.
Had a lovely trip and would recommend this house to anyone.
This rental fit our needs perfectly. We walked to downtown and to the Harris Teeter grocery store. We rented bikes and rode the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Enjoyed the fun decor.
I felt very safe staying here alone, and enjoyed the walkability to downtown Greenville! There are 3 units in this home and since it’s an old house I could hear people walking around upstairs. It wasn’t an issue, and is part of the old house “character”. Ample parking in back.
Inside was cute, open and cleanly. Thank you for providing smart tv as well just for some unwinding entertainment. Location is great, as my girlfriend and I were able to walk downtown with ease. In addition we were able to visit some brilliant state parks in surrounding areas. Loved the area, surrounding areas and this spot made me love the town. Descriptions were easy to understand and contact with host was smooth. You may hear other tenants in an adjacent unit but our neighbors were great. Very positive experience and would recommend for sure.
Mike’s place is in an old house in a great location. Lots of fun, eclectic pieces and cozy. Mike was great to work with and was readily available if we needed anything.
This pleasant property is clean and attractively decorated, with a comfortable bed and well-appointed kitchen. Three things make it a standout from its competitors: 1) There's room for your stuff. In many properties, every available surface is covered with knickknacks. Here there were empty shelves and other places to store toiletries and other belongings. 2) There's a nightstand with a light. Most other properties I've stayed in have only an overhead, making it tough to read in bed and hard to turn the light off and on. 3) The artwork is funky, original and cool--a welcome relief from the generic inspirational stuff you find in most other properties. It gives the place a fun vibe reminiscent of New Orleans.
The house is convenient to restaurants, and there's a good grocery store within walking distance.
Better marking on the back-of-house parking lot and clearer lock-box instructions are the only improvements I would suggest. My only regret is that I had to leave after one night.
Very friendly hosts- quick to respond and very helpful with recommendations for local places. Very clean and incredibly unique decor that looked great! Definitely come here for anything Greenville related!
This was the perfect location for our stay in Greenville…cozy, comfortable, and convenient to all that downtown has to offer.
The ‘alley’ was a little tricky to find at nighttime if you don’t know what you’re looking for. Also, an address marker at the back entrance would also be helpful.
Aside from those very minor items, this was an excellent stay overall.
