The flat has :
- a large bedroom.
- A sofa bed in the living room, ideal for a child.

The flat can comfortably accommodate up to two people. You'll also appreciate the fast Wi-Fi connection, ideal for working or entertaining, and the television for relaxing. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and a coffee machine, perfect for preparing quick meals or enjoying a good cup of coffee in the morning. A hairdryer is also provided for your convenience.

Located in the popular Endoume district, you will be close to many of the city's attractions. Just a 5-minute walk away, the Vallon des Auffes, a small picturesque fishing port, offers stunning views of the Mediterranean. For lovers of culture and history, Marseille's Old Port is a 10-minute walk away and the majestic Notre-Dame de la Garde Basilica, from where you can enjoy breathtaking views over the city, is just a 15-minute walk away. For a relaxing day at the beach, the Catalan beaches are just a 12-minute walk away.

When it comes to shopping, you'll find everything you need in the immediate vicinity: a bakery 2 minutes‘ walk away, a chemist 3 minutes’ walk and a Monoprix supermarket 7 minutes' walk away. What's more, a number of well-known restaurants are just a short walk away, including Le Petit Nice, famous for its seafood, 8 minutes away on foot, and Viaghji di Fonfon, a typical Vallon des Auffes restaurant, 6 minutes away on foot.

The area is also very well served by public transport, making it easy to discover other emblematic areas of Marseille, such as Le Panier and La Corniche.

## Emplacement
The 7th district is the South West of the center, and gathers the tip of the old harbour and the Frioul Islands. Being one of the wealthiest parts of the city, as it hosts among others the magnificent golden statue of the Notre Dame de la Garde Basilica, icon of Marseille. This district also offers one of the oldest Christian French buildings : Saint Victor abbey ; but also the Fort Saint Nicolas and Pharo Palace.
You will then discover the narrow and steep streets of Saint Victor and Saint Lambert neighbourhoods, but also wealthy and modern buildings alternating with various stalls on the streets. The amazing hidden houses in the sinuous streets create a charming atmosphere of this special area, with not many cars or public transportation.
