In the mountainous borderland of Umbria and Tuscany, about 5 km from Trestina, lies this friendly vacation home on a small hill. The accommodation consists of a bright central living room with kitchenette, fireplace and access to the terrace, two sheep rooms and a bathroom. The spacious property is located in a quiet, idyllic hillside location - an ideal place to relax. At the same time, within an hour's drive you can reach several Umbrian and Tuscan cities worth seeing, such as Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Arezzo, Cortona (all about 40-50 km) and Lake Trasimeno with its sandy beaches and small islands (50 km). Città di Castello17 km. Stores and restaurants in Badia Petroia (3 km) and Trestina (5 km). Unpaved access.
