For the culinary enthusiasts, the fully-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, offering a Keurig coffee maker, blender, crockpot, a complete set of flatware, dishes, drinking glasses, and wine glasses, making home-cooked meals a breeze.

Step outside into the resort-style double lot backyard, where a private pool and spa await your pleasure. This outdoor haven also includes a Weber gas BBQ, a sheltered patio area, and a lush grassy expanse for your relaxation and outdoor enjoyment.

In the warm summer months stay cool with our central air conditioning system. If the winter nights chill down a bit feel cozy with our central heat as well.

If your visit is tied to an event at the Polo Grounds, you'll find yourself conveniently close to Coachella, Stagecoach, and other vibrant festivals. The Indian Wells Tennis Stadium, as well as an array of restaurants and shops, are also within easy reach. The garage parking provides an added layer of privacy, and for those with little ones in tow, we offer a high chair and a pack and play for your convenience. Furthermore, a portable and comfortable additional queen bed is at your disposal, whether you wish to add it to the primary bedroom or the living area.

Pool heating is available for a utility charge of $75 per day, with a minimum booking requirement of two days, while spa heating comes included at no additional cost. Craft unforgettable stay-cation memories in an atmosphere of style and comfort.
Please note that pets are not allowed, and outdoor open fires are prohibited by the city.
Guests do not have access to the outdoor gas firepit.

Guest Access:
Guests can access entire house including Pool and BBQ. Pool heat is available for a $75 per day utility charge. Must book at least 2 days. (not necessary in summer). Spa heat is no extra charge.
