Our holiday home "Carmen 1" is a beautiful and conveniently located holiday home for six people.

The entrance door leads to the living / dining area, which is followed by the open kitchen.

From the hallway you can reach the three bedrooms, with a total of a double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed, as well as the bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also enough space for our youngest guests to set up a travel cot, which we can provide to Mr. Beck free of charge on request.

This lovingly furnished holiday home (approx. 90m²) offers the whole family a relaxing family vacation. In about 2 minutes. you can reach the supermarket, the bakery, which provides an extensive breakfast for the holiday guests every day, as well as various restaurants and a magazine / tobacco shop.

It is about a five-minute walk to the guarded sandy beach of Riumar.

The spacious covered terrace, with a view of the pool area, invites you to an extensive breakfast under the Spanish sun and nice barbecues with the whole family.

The well-kept lawn and garden area is also an eye-catcher.

You can find parking directly on the property or on the street in front of the house.

Our "Carmen 3" is in the immediate vicinity (approx. 10m).

Equipment: Fully and well-equipped small inventory, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, stove with oven, and a toaster. All television and radio programs are received via satellite. For the colder months, a beautiful fireplace gives you cozy warmth. Fans are available for hot days.

Security: All windows are barred and equipped with fly screens. A lockable fly screen door is also attached to the front door. The whole property (approx. 400m ²) is completely fenced and all entrances to the house / property are lockable.

Services: So that you can enjoy your vacation, Mr. Beck and the on-site service team are available for all questions and any problems that may arise. One call is all it takes and everything is taken care of immediately. Our service also includes regular pool cleaning and garden maintenance. Children's travel beds and high chairs are available free of charge on request. Should you ever need a children's buggy, no problem, we will also provide this for you free of charge.

"Dogs are welcome in Riumar!" - More than just a slogan.

For dog owners: Your dog (s) are welcome in all our houses. Riumar is set up for four-legged friends. Dogs have been 'tolerated' in unguarded beach areas for many years. Since 2013 there has been an official dog beach in Riumar. One of the few on the Costa Dorada. Tierfutter German dog food and veterinarians are nearby.

Excursions with a dog? - Clear! We have collected a number of great excursion destinations that can also be visited with four paws. If you would still like to take a trip 'alone', we offer you an individual dog sitter.
