Love this location

We enjoyed being in the city of Dunnellon with many places to walk and experiences nearby. Loved the pool and hot tub. And we especially enjoyed the screened in porch and privacy. There were a couple of hiccups in communication at the beginning, but Karla quickly took care of things. We looked at returning next year, but it was already reserved!

River Paradise

Our stay at Brian & Karla’s place was so relaxing, memorable and just all around enjoyable! Communication with them was spot on, and they responded to all needs immediately. The complex was very friendly and oh so inviting. The condo itself was very comfortable and the location could not be beat. We will be back for sure next year. Thank you for one of our very best stays ever.❤️

Relaxing atmosphere

We loved the way this place was compact and decorated. 18 steps up was good cardio so be prepared. Easy entry. Easy access to town. We wished there had been kayaks for our use as we had direct access to the river. The other tenants/condo owners were friendly and helpful. Overall, I’ll give them the thumbs up.

Memories!

Made lots of memories here! So much to do around the area from swimming/snorkeling with the manatees, swimming at rainbow springs park and a short drive to the ocean. My boys loved it! The condo is really nice too and suited our family of 6 perfectly! (The boys loved the pool at the condo too)

Just beautiful

The apartment was beautifully furnished , has a great view from the balcony at the river - we fell in love with it instantly. Rainbow River is just around the corner and many other outdoor activities. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent Wi-Fi. Restaurants in walking distance. For buying groceries a car would be recommend ( however we managed a month staying here without one - if you have a bicycle or similar this will do as well ) We can highly recommended this condo and would love to come back.

Convenient to many attractions

Comfortable condo, nice pool, great view of the river from the screened in balcony. Close to the Rainbow Springs State Park and convenient to Three Sisters Springs (a must see!) and Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park.

Brian and Karla were wonderful and very prompt responding to our concerns! They are working hard updating the property! The pool area was great and the people were very friendly! The place is very central to restaurants within walking distance!

Great get away which provides alot

Clean, comfortable, very well stocked. Communication with owners was great! Very nice friendly renters group were neat to get to know. Hot tub and solar heated pool were very refreshing. Town is very friendly and easy to get around. Great place. Will definitely want to return !

Pretty nice place

Pretty nice place. We had some issues but they were fixed right away. But just for the record these condos are not by no means kid friendly. There was a man that lives by the pool and was very mean and very grumpy with us and our kids.

Peaceful stay

Cute little place, was perfect for my husband and I. The complex was nice and quiet, the pool and hot tub were beautiful. We made use of the screened in porch. We would definitely book again when staying in the area. Check in was easy, communication was great.
