Nice clean place in a quiet neighborhood that worked out great for our family. Good communications with the manager and we really appreciated her flexibility with our schedule.
We came to Wenatchee for a couple of family weddings. We very much enjoyed relaxing at the house in between events! The hot tub was amazing and everything was so clean and well appointed! Our stay was amazing! House was so clean and accommodating! Highly recommend!
My family and I enjoyed the stay, perfect size for our group of 6! Only issue is that the backyard cement gets very hot and the unevenness of the cement patio caused us to trip alot by the hot tub and I also fell by the pool. Would definitely stay again.
The house was great! We really enjoyed our stay, especially the pool!!!

Cute Little House
There were a few issues with the house that I have detailed to property owner. The hot tub was dirty so we weren’t able to use.
Niki was really easy to communicate with.
Awesome place. Nice quiet neighborhood location near parks, water, grocery stores, and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were also fabulous! My only suggestion would be to add a barbecue grill to the backyard patio area and this rental would be perfect! Thank you!!!
Highly recommend this cute house. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was the perfect temperature. House is spacious and beds are comfortable. I also appreciated the door alarms, which kept the kids safe from going outside unattended to the pool. Neighborhood felt safe, and the location was great. Hoping to come back next summer!
This house was perfect for our family of 5 and two small dogs. Perfect kitchen, outside pool area was amazing and the kids and us all enjoyed it. We would recommend this home and Niki to anyone! It was wonderful. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!!
We loved our stay here! Spending time in the pool and hot tub was the perfect way to kick off our summer. It was so amazing to have our own huge private pool to use every day! Niki is a wonderful host, and has included many helpful touches throughout the house to make our stay even more relaxing. We were so glad we could bring our dog, too! The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is only a few minutes drive to restaurants and other amenities. We are already planning our next visit!
My friends at I got together to celebrate my sister getting married! There was plenty of beds for everyone. Everything was clean and so cute well decorated. The pool and hot tub were perfect for the summer time! We will definitely come back one day!(:
I rented this property for a work trip. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. The outdoor area was an excellent location to sit outside and work or relax in the sun, pool, or hot tub. The only improvements I would suggest are additional kitchen items - appliances and such, and if more than one person is staying, the only tv is in the main room. I loved the swing and chairs outside. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the owners were immediately responsive to several requests. Thank you!
Everything was great except the bed/bedroom numbers aren’t maybe entirely accurate. The sleep sofa futon is in the game room, but the slider door needs some type of curtain to be closed for privacy during sleeping. Also the bunk bed is a trundle bed, which is a minor thing.
The only other thing to note is that for coffee there is only a Keurig machine so bring your favorite pods or some other type of maker.
Otherwise this was a fantastic home with a fantastic owner/property manager.
The property looked better online than in person. Niki turned
on the heat for us prior to our arrival, but initially the system
stated that it was locked remoted. Upon speaking to Niki, that
issue was rectified. No curtains on the large windows in the living room which allowed the heat to escape & was ascetically displeasing. The rooms were average & didn't look the same as
anticipated by looking at the house online. We did enjoy the Foos Ball.
The location was great for our family. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of kids cups and plates, which was helpful. The the counters and floors were really dirty when we arrived, but Nikki compensated us a little for it. Beds were clean and comfy. The living room doesn’t have curtains (as pictured) so it is awkward at night being right across the street from someone else’s house. We also did not like or appreciate that there was a ouija board in the board games bin, it was creepy and disturbing. Nice little gift basket upon entry with wine and coffee. Only has a keurig for coffee and only 4 kcups, thankfully we brought a different way to make coffee. Living room and table could use more seating. Overall the house served its purpose for us.

Overpriced
This is an ok option if you can’t find anything else, and I think overpriced for what you get. It certainly does not sleep more than 6 people. The living room with a sleeper has no window coverings and a bright light shining in. When we arrived there were veggie chips on the floor of one of the bedrooms, and short dark hairs on the sheets. Ugh. Niki responded immediately that the sheets were clean and offered to have the cleaner replace the next day. The sheets did smell clean but are such poor quality it looked like animal hair that won’t come out even when laundered. Still waiting for the $50 credit Niki promised… The beds are SO soft we actually left a night early. If you want real coffee (not k-cup garbage), you’ll need to bring your own device (we brought a French press bc I’d seen this in another review). The hot tub is a nice addition, but the chemicals are at a level dogs or small children could reach. We had a good weekend visiting Wenatchee, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The location and neighborhood were good, relaxed area and 1 block from a park. Easy access to mission ridge ski which was perfect.
The house itself looked nice but was furnished somewhat cheaply. We had a few minor events where items broke under normal use, not really a problem but it kept us from really loving the place. That said, I would totally stay here again, good value and amenities.

Why they chose this property
My home is in a quiet neighborhood in East Wenatchee but provides nearby access to all the amenities you'll need for a vacation or virtual work away from your home! It is a quick walk to nearby parks, a short drive to shopping and restaurants, and the local lakes, rivers, and mountains offer endless recreational opportunities. Lake Chelan is 45 minutes away and both Leavenworth and Mission Ridge Ski & Board Resort are a quick half hour away.
What makes this property unique
The North Central Cascades region, and in particular East Wenatchee, offer a much needed reprieve from the grey skies of Western Washington winters and a healthy dose of heat and sun in the summer!
