*COMPLEX AMENITIES: Lagoon Landing complex offers an Outdoor communal Pool, BBQ area with charcoal grills, First come, First serve Boat Ramp and Dock, Deeded Beach Access. (1) Elevator

*PARKING: A Parking Pass is required and must be visibly displayed in your vehicle. Upon arrival, the pass will be inside the unit on the kitchen counter.

*MONTHLY RENTALS:
This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, , to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

LAGOON LANDING UNIT 305:
This quaint 1 bedroom/ 1 bath unit is located in Gulf Shores, and offers everything you and your family will need for a memorable vacation! Lagoon Landing offers Deeded Beach Access, an outdoor pool, BBQ area, & dock/ boat ramp for your boat. (Please note the dock and trailer parking are on a first come first serve basis.)

The open Living/ Dining/ Kitchen combo offers a Sleeper Sofa, recliner, easy chair, and Television. The open Kitchen offers a small island and cookware/ utensils to make a quick lunch or a night in cooking the days catch!
The Bedroom offers a Queen bed with TV and balcony access. A full bath is located in the hall and offers a tub/ shower combo, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay. Although this unit is compact, every square inch is utilized to give you all the bang for your buck!
Walk to the Beach located just across the street, or enjoy cooling off at the Lagoon front Pool. Bring your boat to enjoy Little Lagoon! The complex offers a first come, first serve boat dock for easy on and off of your passengers. Overnight you will want to pull your boat from the water and trailer it for extra security.

Area Attractions close by are: Waterville USA, OWA, miniature golf, Ft. Morgan, Tanger Outlet Mall, and Pinnacle Shopping Centre. Also close by are exclusive golf courses.

Five Day Stay

Location is great! Close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc all within 10 minutes or less. Older property but well kept. Enjoyed pier, covered BBQ area, and pier for fishing with cleaning station. Parking good. Has elevator and carts for loading and unloading items. Little lagoon in back of property and ocean just across the street with private access. Nice pool and well kept. Great for couples or families. Very quiet location.

Great little place

It was convenient to the beach and fun to fish off the dock in the back. The neighbors are not that friendly that friendly to one of my kids- cold g him for riding his scooter down the porch:) other than that it was a lovely vacation! Thank you!!

Gulf Shore Stay

The unit was clean and had everything needed to be comfortable and entertained. I was happy to find there was an elevator to the 3rd level that made moving in and out easy. The walk across the street to the beach was super convenient, less than 5 minutes! It was a very enjoyable stay!

I will be back!

Enjoyed every minute at the Lagoon Landing! Once I arrived the check in was super simple! Had my code handy and got in on the first try! The condo was very clean and I had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable and I rested very well. The washer and dryer worked good. Only thing was I did have issues with the Wi-Fi. I wanted to watch Netflix but it kept lagging and didn’t want to work. I was able to watch the sunrise from the balcony! So pretty! The beach access was literally right across the street! It was so easy to come back and forth when needed! The property it’s self was so relaxing, peaceful and quiet and the amenities was great! I utilized the fire pit almost every night! The view of the bay by the fire was amazing! I traveled by myself so feeling safe enough to go outside and relax by myself was a huge plus! The grilling and pier area was very nice! PLENTY of seating! It was cooler weather so I didn’t get to use the pool but it was nice also! Having covered parking and a elevator was very convenient! I am already planning on booking at the Lagoon Landing again for next year!

Softball Trip!

Horrible!! Filthy!! Bedding.was so bad had to go buy sheets and pillow cases. Not as advertised.

It smelled horrible. Door would not lock. Television would not work. Not as advertised!! Furnishings were horrible. Tub would not drain. Filthy!! Do not stay here!!!!!!

Enjoyed stay but room needs some attention sliding glass door in bed room was hard to open and lock tub didn’t drain good when taking shower lounge chair looked dirty and rugs in bath looked dirty

Relaxing Beach Vacay!

Spring break trip with my 12 year old twins and our first time to Gulf Shores. Lagoon Landing is well marked & easy to find, down the road from the super busy high-rise condo area, and wasn't busy or crowded. Check-in was simple as they give you a code & time you can get in. We were told to park in one of the spots with the same number as our unit but those were taken, we found out that the building does not enforce that rule so we just parked in any open spot. Plenty of parking, an elevator & shopping/luggage carts to help you get moved in. Unit 305 is the top floor with an east facing balcony so it was quiet and beautiful in the mornings! We loved having breakfast on our balcony and enjoying the sun and peak-a-boo ocean views. I suggested more seating on the balcony because there was only a bistro set for 2. Same in the living room; just bar seating for 2 which my kiddos used at mealtimes. The pullout was fine for the kids, the condo has a dresser in the living room they used, another one in the bedroom, 2 full closets in the bedroom & good storage in the bathroom as well. There was some small disrepair; small holes in walls throughout, slider door to balcony didn't work well or lock and kitchen is a little run down. But we really loved the location, it was a quiet condo building, quick walk across the street to the beach, and 10 minute drive to be right in the action. Communication with property manager was great, condo owners we met very friendly, the small pool and pier area is great and we would absolutely stay here again!
