High spec and centrally located

This apartment is centrally located, just a 25 minute drive from the airport. Several bus routes run along the road outside, the beach and the dunes are approx 15 mins walk away. There are several restaurants and a relaxed lounge bar in the Igauzu complex itself beneath the apartment, with some more across the road. A Spar is directly across the road, and just round the corner is the huge Yumbo Centre which features many excellent restaurants, bars and shops (can highly recommend Wapa Tapa and Lola - both are reservation only!). Despite the central location the apartment is quiet and it was very easy to get a good night's sleep. The apartment is bright and well equipped. The terrace overlooks the road and gets lots of sun, so a good place to sit and people-watch! The owners Jan and Jeoffrey are very easy to reach out to, responsive and helpful.

Exclusive Unterkunft mitten im Leben von Playa del Ingles

Das Apartment hält, was die Bilder versprechen. Die Ausstattung ist für eine private Wohnung wirklich hervorragend. Man hat einen tollen Blick über die Av. Tirajana und kann dort spät Nachmittags die Sonne genießen und die Menschen beobachten. Wer absolute Stille sucht, ist hier allerdings falsch. Das sollte bei einer Stadt-Wohnung aber eigentlich klar sein. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel hat problemlos funktioniert. Parkmöglichkeit hinter dem Haus. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen und kommen für einen Kurztrip gerne wieder! Die freundliche und zuvorkommende Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern/Vermietern trägt ebenfalls dazu bei.

Why they chose this property

As we have been more than 10 times to Gran Canaria, it was always difficult to find a nice, modern apartment, with a higher standard than the 'spanish style of the 70's. That's why we decided to buy an apartment and totally renovate it. So everything is completely new (sep 2015), we just kept the walls ;) New kitchen, new bathroom (with big walk-in shower), new floor, new lights, just everything is new. Even new windows, double-glazed, with shutters, so the noise and heat stay outside. That's why we chose ventilators instead of airco : it's nicer, healthier and u just don't need airco in this apartment. All furniture is new, big television set, free WIFI. And the kitchen utensils are very extensive and have a modern design.

What makes this property unique

What i like about the apartment is, besides it's new and modern, the big terrace, with view over Avenida Tiraja, so there's always something to see. And of course ... the location. A short - around 10 min - walk to the beach, but at night .. just 2 min walk to Yumbo, the open air shopping center full of restaurants, bars and nightlife. And if u don't feel like going to the beach : there's a garden with two swimming pools and two tennis courts, and in the complex are two restaurants and a bar .. u really can stay 'at home'.
