therefore privileged location, pure relaxation - The apartment is located in a private home - Ground floor - with a separate entrance. Cars can be safely parked on the property. Walk to the beach just 400 m. In the place is 1.5 km away. There are many shops, cafes and great restaurants.
The terrace has to relax a grill and plenty of furniture. Each room has TV. If necessary, can be heated. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities etc. (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Laundry can be provided for a fee if necessary. We speak German, French and English.

Wunderschön

Sehr schöne , ruhige Wohnung , top ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, Terrasse mit großem Esstisch und nebenan eine gemütliche Sitzecke. Die Aussicht auf den Golf von Saint Florent ist fantastisch. Ellen und Helmut sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber und haben uns sehr freundlich begrüßt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Ellen und Helmut für die schöne Woche.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren zu dritt als kleine Familie (ein 6-jähriges Kind) eine gute Woche vor Ort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Blick auf das Meer und die Berge ist herrlich. Ein schöner Strand ist in 5-10 min zu Fuß oder auch mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht (insbesondere in der Küche, inkl. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine usw.). Zwei Badezimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer und die riesige überdachte Terrasse mit Sofa und großem Esstisch sind ein großes Plus. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und sprechen Deutsch, sodass die Kommunikation sehr gut und einfach war.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einer schönen Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick! Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern Ellen & Helmut lief bestens - angenehm zuvorkommend und zurückhaltend. Die Wohnung ist in dem Inserat sehr gut beschrieben. Insbesondere die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet.Der Ausblick auf die Berge und die Bucht ist wunderschön.

Très bel emplacement au calme proche de la mer.

Un très bon séjour. Des hôtes d'une extrême gentillesse. Maison au top il y a tt ce qu'il faut pour se sentir bien. Très bien placée par rapport à St Florent. On reviendra.

vue magnifique et terrasse vaste et bien agencée merci à Ellen et Helmut pour leur accueil ! en effet la climatisation serait un plus pour les nuits chaudes que nous avons eues mais les ventilateurs et fenêtres ouvertes ont fait la substitution

Très belle vue

Gite très bien équipé avec tout le confort, la vue est magnifique, la plage à 450 mètres mais en montée. La vue se mérite! Il y a des ventilateurs mais la clim serait un plus, nous y étions uns semaine de canicule

Saint Florent : Au top

Excellent séjour passé à Saint Florent. La location est parfaite, logement spacieux aussi bien à l intérieur qu’a l’extérieur. La vue est magnifique sur les hauteurs mais reste accessible facilement en voiture ou en marchant à la plage ou en centre ville. l’accueil chaleureux des propriétaires et leur disponibilité. Traumlage über Saint-Florant

Wir waren mit Sohn (16 Jahre) für eine Woche bei Fam. Baltes. Alles was notwendig ist (sogar auch Strandschirme und Kühltasche) haben wir dort vorgefunden und waren daher sehr zufrieden. Auch wenn die Wohnung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, war doch alles funktionsfähig und entsprechend der Anzeige. Fam. Baltes hat uns sehr warmherzig empfangen und war jederzeit hilfsbereit bei Fragen und Tourenplanung. Eine Klimaanlage wäre in den Sommermonaten hilfreich und würde die Nächte angenehmer machen. Die Traumlage oberhalb von Saint-Florent ist aber sicher ein absolutes Highlight und entschädigt für diesen geringen Nachteil. Wir können die Wohnung und die Gastgeber auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und möchten uns an dieser Stelle nochmals bei Fam. Baltes bedanken.

Wie zu Hause und doch auf Korsika

Wir hatten zwei schöne Wochen für einen ersten Eindruck von Korsika. Die Lage war gut, um den Norden Korsikas zu erkunden, und die Ferienwohnung hatte alles, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Das Ehepaar Baltes hat uns herzlich und freundlich empfangen und hat uns gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt auf Korsika gegeben. Gerne wieder :-)

Wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer und die Natur Korsikas

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der hervorragend eingerichteten Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Es fehlte an nichts und alles hat bestens funktioniert. Die Gastfreundschaft war sehr herzlich und bei Bedarf waren Ellen und Helmut sehr hilfsbereit. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die ruhige Lage und die Nähe zur Natur. Im nahen Naturschutzgebiet konnten wir viele spannende Naturbeobachtungen erleben. Vom Sitzplatz aus hörten wir stets die Nachtigall singen und am Abend die Zwergohreule rufen. Meine Frau und ich haben den Aufenthalt in dem Domozil sehr genossenund können es sehr empfehlen

bei diesem 3 Zimmerdomozil, d.h. einer relativ großen, voll ausgestattenen Küche ,einem relativ kleinen anschließendem Wohnraum mit Badezimmer en suite, sowie einem weiteren Schlafzimmer, ebenfalls mit Badezimmer en suite fehlt es an nichts. Reizendes deutsches Gastgeberehepaar, die auf diesem Gelände ihren festen Wohnsitz haben, sind hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Superbe séjour à St Florent

Superbe location chez Ellen et Helmut qui sont vraiment sympa et adorables. La location occupe le bas de la maison avec une vue incroyable sur le golfe de st Florent. Il y a tout le confort nécessaire et une grande terrasse pour manger face à la mer. Nous recommandons sans hesiter ce logement dans cette belle région. Merci encore à Ellen et Helmut pour leur sympathique acceuil et bien sûr à Bella leur caniche royal qui est adorable. A très bientôt. Marie et Laurent.
