The villa was built in 1892 in traditional style. Almost 120 years the house was inhabited by four generations of a family. We have renovated the house with the receipt of all original details and at the same time equipped with all modern conveniences.
The villa has three residential floors, several spacious living and dining rooms, 1 private office, 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with toilet), also 2 separate toilets, and a large vaulted cellar where even the wooden drums of yesteryear are on row.

The house is semi-detached. Behind and beside the house there is parking space for about 5 cars.
The basic rental fee is € 540 per night during weekends and € 350 per night during weekdays. Costs for cleaning costs and bed linen (€ 250) will be charged once only.
A tourist tax of € 1,40 per night must be paid by each guest aged 16 years and over. The tax will be charged by the host separately and forwarded to the town administration.
BBQ not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Our house is a non-smoking house. The use of confetti in house and garden ist not allowed.
The winery house is in an environment where deep calm and village vitality alternate depending on the season. The landscape is always colorful and overwhelming. Here you can find relaxation, comfort and inspiration in an authentic atmosphere.
In the immediate vicinity there are numerous hiking, cycling and mountain biking trails. Lead you along through vineyards and forests and along the river. Some of these paths begin right at the slope on towards the house. Both the Mosel riser as well as the Way of St. James carry virtually past the house. The large swimming and sauna facilities Moseltherme and a known Ayurveda clinic can be found two kilometers from the house on the road to Idar-Oberstein.
The ancient Roman city of Trier is 60 kilometers upstream, near the Luxembourg border. The city of Luxembourg is reached in one hour by car. Eifel and Hunsrück are just around the corner.
