One bedroom,1 bath home is located on nearly 3 acre gated estate shared with two other homes. Our home offers beautiful views of surrounding wine country and breath taking sunrises and sunsets, the morning sky is frequently filled with hot air balloons. Lovely pool has a baja shelf and hot tub surrounded by palm trees. There are THREE homes on the property if they are rented the POOL/HOT TUB are shared, hot tub is heated from 6-9 pm. Outdoor seating areas offer alfresco picnicking. Parking for (1) vehicle only. Please read our house rules before making your reservations. Exclusively for GUEST ONLY!

Pool is amazing
Probably the best pool we’ve ever relaxed by. So nice! The house was cute, just what we needed close to Avensole winery for a wedding. There’s an a/c unit tucked behind cabinet doors near the kitchen-this was a must as when we entered the place it was extremely hot. Took us a bit to figure that out! Definitely recommend.

This property was located in good place for visit lot of winery in Temecula. And also very quite in the night. Pool was not used this time.

Perfect space and location!
My Husband and I did not want to leave this home! It was so charming and comfortable and perfect for our long weekend stay. Edna is a great host and communicated the check in details in a timely manner. We are wine lovers and two of our favorite wineries are located within 3 miles of this rental. We definitely will be staying here again when we come back to Temecula. Loved the hot tub too! Even though the other 2 rentals were occupied we really never ran into anyone else. Gated property is a plus and made us feel safe and somewhat secluded.

Clean and cozy base for Temecula wine country!
Beautiful setting and location for exploring the emerging Temecula wine country. Appreciated that it was a gated community. It was pretty chilly while we visited so the heating in the unit was challenged. Otherwise a nice, central base for wine country and excursions into Temecula proper.

Perfect laid back
Edna always responded to messages immediately. Check in was immediate, directions clear. The house was comfortable and the surroundings were beautiful. We were off the beaten track, yet close to lovely vineyards. Altogether, a perfect introduction to Temecula Valley.

Almost perfect
The location was excellent, the property was clean, and directions for check-in were easy. I took off one point for bedding. The mattress was hard and obviously very inexpensive. The pillows had no shape left in them. The bedding made for very uncomfortable sleeps.

Great location for wineries
Very clean and great location to explore wineries. Hot tub is great after touring. All basics are covered. A/C wall unit near kitchen is just enough to keep bedroom cool for sleeping when almost 100 during the day, but it is loud.

A Homey and Romantic spot in wine country!
I was in Temecula for a wedding at one of the local wineries. My experience was certainly better than my friends who stayed in a nearby hotel. Checking in was a breeze! The site is off the road, so even if there was traffic and noise (the area is very quiet) you wouldn't hear it from the property. Having the property gated off added an extra feeling of safety and we had no issues getting through the gate. The house was cozy and comfy. My girlfriend noted on how cute and romantic it was. The back patio was a nice touch and was enjoyed for evening drinks and a nice breakfast. Having access to the pool and hot tub was a big bonus as well! I would definitely recommend this place and if I'm ever in the area again, plan on staying here!

Omg! This property was absolutely beautiful! Everything on the pictures we seen on the website didn’t do it justice. We loved the fact that we had a full kitchen, ample Livng space for the two of us. Nice outside space for coffee in the mornings. Last but not least, the pool and jacuzzi was glorious! Cant wait to come back again. Thank you Edna!!

Wonderful stay
2 of us stayed for 3 nights to attend my niece's wedding. It was the perfect location for us. It's in the heart of Temecula Wine Country and there are many wineries nearby. We especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub and watching the balloons rising up in the mornings. The cottage was spotlessly clean, and comfortable, the manager was very responsive and we would not hesitate to return or refer friends. Stay here, you won't be disappointed!

House was great and the pool/hot tub was amazing! Host was responsive and extremely nice. Would highly recommend this place. Even though it’s a shared property you couldn’t hear any neighbors. Ubers were easy to catch and affordable as you’re about 10 minutes away from a big strip of wineries.

Cozy, clean and quiet! Good for couples get away.
We loved this little “home”. The back patio was lovely and a special place to sit during the evening hours to listen to the sounds of nature and star gaze.
