This apartment has two levels:
- upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed;
- downstairs, a bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen.

You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.

During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Washing machine, Hair dryer, Fan, Microwave, Coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is close to numerous bars and restaurants.
A “Franprix” supermarket is just a 5-minute walk from the building for your everyday needs.

The area is also well served by public transport.

The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant, lively neighborhood. It's within easy reach of many Paris landmarks (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Place du Trocadéro, École Militaire), and not far from train stations (Montparnasse, Saint-Lazare) or parks (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
With its own shopping mall, Beaugrenelle, and streets full of stores like Rue du Commerce, it's a great place to shop. You'll feel right at home here, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and security.
