The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a double bed, as well as a television.

The dining area features a table that can seat four people.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare your meals: refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine.

The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with hotel-quality linens. A closet is available for you to store your belongings, making you feel right at home.

The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. A washing machine is also available.

Wi-Fi is accessible throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays.

Asnières-sur-Seine is a charming commune on the outskirts of Paris, offering a peaceful living environment just minutes from the heart of the capital. Stroll along the banks of the Seine, admire the beautiful bourgeois houses and discover the Château d'Asnières, an 18th-century gem. With its many parks, lively markets and local stores, Asnières is the ideal place for a relaxing getaway close to Paris. A perfect destination for lovers of history and tranquility, yet close to Parisian attractions.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Gabriel Péri (line 13), is just a 3-minute walk.

CDG and Orly airports are approximately a 50-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
