About this property

6-person thatched house just 400m from the beach, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna

The holiday home was completed in 2016. It is modern and comfortably furnished. In the spacious living-dining area there is a fireplace and access to the terrace with seating and a parasol.
A large television with satellite reception is available. In the bathroom on the ground floor there is a spacious, walk-in shower and a sauna.
The kitchen, separated from the living room, is practically furnished and equipped with all the necessary equipment: everything is available, from the coffee machine to the dishwasher and washing machine.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms for a total of 6 people. The large bathroom offers a walk-in shower and a large bathtub.
Next to the house there is space for two vehicles on our parking spaces.
The beach is just a few minutes walk from the house.
From the 2020 season, the house will be equipped with new insect screens.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus war wunderschön gelegen. Die Nähe zum Strand und Wald waren gerade für uns als Hundebesitzer wichtig. Die knappen 1,5 km zum Netto waren ganz gemütlich auch zu Fuß in 15 min zu erreichen.

Tolle FeWo mit super Ausstattung und herrlich ruhig gelegen
Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsene und 3 Hunden in der FeWo. Es gab ein großes Doppelbett und eine Aufklapp-Couch für 2 Personen, welche aber überraschend bequem war. In einem dritten Zimmer gab es noch ein weiteres Bett zum Aufziehen, welches wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet und es hat uns hier an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war auch hervorragend, Fragen per Email wurden sehr schnell beantwortet und waren sehr hilfreich. Gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in toller Umgebung
Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit Allem was man braucht . Vollständig eingezäunt… was unserem Hund sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Lage ist ideal… wenige Minuten zu Strand , Wald und Bodden. Wandern und Radfahren… alles ist möglich! Kontakt zu Vermieter und Verwaltung prompt und sehr nett! Also… unbedingt zu empfehlen! 👍

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Wir verbrachten eine sehr mückenreiche aber schöne Woche im Ferienhaus. In diesem Objekt ist wirklich alles vorhanden und es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wald und Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Super Ferienhaus für Familie und Hund
Alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, perfekt für den vierbeinigen Liebling. Netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. An-und Abmeldung problemlos. Auch den Mücken wird man mit ein paar Mückensteckern Herr oder Frau 😉.

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern
Das Haus an sich, die Lage zum Strand und die Ausstattung entsprechen der Beschreibung. Leider besteht keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit, besonders mit kleinen Kindern doch sehr störend. Aufgrund der Mücken wären entsprechende Fensterschutzgitter angebracht. Dadurch wird der insgesamt gute Gesamteindruck doch ein wenig getrübt.

Tolles Haus und klasse Service
Wir durften zwei sehr schöne Urlaubswochen in diesem Haus verbringen. Die Einrichtung war regional geprägt und sehr geschmackvoll ausgewählt (insbesondere das große Sitzkissen in Walform hatte die Kinder begeistert) und ausstattungsmässig war einfach Alles vorhanden. Zu Fuss 5 Minuten bis zum Strand. Ein Minus Punkt es gab keine verdunklungs Vorhänge. Gerade jetzt ist es um 4.00 Uhr morgens schon hell. Ansonsten sehr schön.

Super schönes Ferienhaus in Strandnähe
Das Ferienhaus ist im sehr schönen modernen, maritimen Stil eingerichtet! In der Küche fehlt es an nichts und wir haben uns bei unserem kurzen Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Strand ist schnell in 5 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenfalls die Strandpromenade von Glowe!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr komfortabel, geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts, alles ist sehr sauber und neu. Es gibt Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für alle Familienmitglieder. Wir haben die Sauna genossen. Lage zum Strand und zum Ort ideal, ruhige Gegend, perfekt für Familien. Alles in allem ein Feriendomizil, das wir 100% weiterempfehlen.

Ein traumhaft schönes Haus...es stimmte alles von A bis Z
Vielen Dank nochmal an den Vermieter. Wir haben die Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Objekt sehr genossen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Selbst die Küche war unheimlich gut ausgestattet. Da mit zwei kleinen Kindern gereist sind, wurden uns auch Kinderbetten und -Stühle zur Verfügung gestellt. Besonders die im ganzen Haus angestimmte Deko hat mich umgehauen. Sehr schönes Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Ein fast neues Haus in schöner Umgebung. Die komplette Einrichtung, die geschmackvollen Dekorationen haben uns sehr beeindruckt. Leider sind die Betten im Doppelzimmer sehr schmal und wohl mehr für jüngere Paare gedacht (wir sind 50 Jahre verheiratet). Der im Mietvertrag erwähnte Tresorschlüssel ist nach Aussage der Verwalter nicht vorhanden. Ebenso fehlte die genannte Hausordnung mit Telefonnummern der Verwalter und der Eigentümer. Den W-LAN-Schlüssel mussten wir vom Router ablesen. Keine großen Mängel aber Hinweise für zukünftige Mieter.
