About this property

This place is the ideal location for a family holiday. The house offers two separate units for sleeping, but a common area for cooking, eating and relaxing. It is perfect for 2 families, who would like to spend a good tme together. An own swimming pool plus a beach volley ball ground plus trampoline plus 10,000 sm of ground with pine trees and granite stones for climbing: the kids will have big fun while the parents can enjoy the silence and the climate of Sardinia. The house is in the middle of a nature protection area, which makes it so special. From here you can go to a number of empty beaches (certainly in August you will not be alone, but still never crowded!)

The house offers 3 twin rooms on the top floor and 2 twin rooms at the lower floor. in addition there are 2 double sleep couches, so that theoretical there is place for up to 14 persons. The huge table (made from Sardinia wood) is the center for reunion: either inside the house close to the kitchen or outside on the huge terasse with sea view.

Re culinaric pleasures: Either you do your own cooking in the house (fully equipped incl BBQ and pizza oven) or you go to one of the many restaurants along the sea side or you go to one of the many Agri-Tourismo Restaurants close to our house (certainly an amazing experience!)

Our house is right between Portobello and Vignola Mare, so you can combine the advantages of both. Big watersport station in Vignola Mare incl all possible options. (one of the most famous windsurf / kite spots next to Porto Pollo). You can also rent mountain bikes for a biking tours along the sea side or into the mountains of Aglientu and beyond.

I can also recommend horse ridding at the beach, which you can do at St Teresa di Gallura. Needless to say that jogging along the beach or swimming in the crystal clear water is the easiest options to be active. The rest of the family can enjoy the sun at the endless beaches.

Absolute Must: Renting a motorboat in either St Teresa the Gallura or Pallau to go to La Maddelena.

If you like bigger boats you can either rent beautiful sailing boats (incl skipper) or you take the ferry to Corsica (day excursion to Bonifacio; simply incredible)

You will see: 2 weeks is far to less to do everything you want to do at this island !!!

Un très bon séjour entre amis

Un lieu très sympathique avec une superbe terrasse vue mer. Point très positif, elle est à l'ombre toute la journée ! Le propriétaire qui ne vit pas sur place est très réactif ! Nous sommes tombés en panne de gaz, je lui ai envoyé un mail et le lendemain matin une équipe venait changer la bouteille. Nous étions 2 couples avec 2 enfants. La maison est sur 2 étages. 1 appartement en bas avec 2 chambres, et la résidence principale en haut avec une grande pièce à vivre lumineuse, 3 chambres (2 avec grands lits à baldaquin et une avec 2 lits superposés), 2 salles de bain ... Nous n'avons pas utilisé l'appartement du bas, qui est très humide, avec une forte odeur de renfermé et relativement vieillot. Cela est dû au fait qu'il n'y a pas ou peu de fenêtres, car le terrain est en cascade et cet appartement est entouré de terre. Donc pour moi c'est une maison idéale pour 6 personnes. La piscine est un plus. Elle est agréable afin de se rafraîchir. Et il y a une équipe de pisciniste qui vient régulièrement l'entretenir. Hormis l'appartement du bas, le point négatif est le vieillissement du matériel qu'il serait temps de remplacer. des moustiquaires cassés, la TV en panne, les chaises longues en mauvais états, un terrain de volley à l'abandon, un trampoline douteux et des tonnelles en bois dont ils manquent des voilages d'ombrage ou paillage. Manquerait aussi le wifi car réseau 4G très faible. Mais nous avons été très content de notre séjour et nous y reviendront volontiers!

Contrairement aux autres avis ,nous n'avons pas été satisfaits sur pas mal de points. L'appartement du haut est tout à fait convenable, mais celui du bas pas du tout, impossible de dormir puisqu'il n'y a pas de volet pour celui qui dort sur le canapé avec le va et vient des autres occupants, pas de rangement pour les vêtements, eau froide les 3 premiers jours en attendant qu'un plombier vienne. Aucun wifi dans toute la maison qui a gâché le séjour. Quant aux commodités, nous étions en moto et les courses peuvent être faites à plusieurs kms. (Sûrement différent si on est en voiture). Un chemin de terre cabossé et Lorsque nous sommes arrivés sur un portail fermé avec cadenas, personne pour accueillir pas même une boite à clé. Nous avons appelé le propriétaire qui est en Allemagne. Les draps fournis pas très nets, trop courts ou déchirés, pas à la bonne taille... Bref, rien dans la finesse. Côté positif, une très jolie vue de la terrasse et environnement sympa. Cuisine du haut bien équipée, salles de bain tout à fait correctes, piscine hors sol pas très pratique, loin de la maison, pas de transat, pas de parasol (tout le matériel extérieur dans un piteux état pour le peu qu’il y a) Uniquement faites pour louer le haut pour 6 /8 personnes + le canapé. La maison aucune clé ne fonctionne pour fermer la maison. Il est difficile de gérer une location à distance.

Envie de revenir!

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances en famille dans cette belle villa face à la mer, avec vue imprenable sur la Corse. Les échanges avec Heinz, le propriétaire, furent très courtois. Je tiens d'ailleurs à souligner la rapidité de communication de notre hôte et son côté arrangeant. Petits comme grands, tout le monde fut enchanté par ce séjour, avec une irrémédiable envie de revenir!

Entspannter Sommerurlaub

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub sehr genoßen. Das Ferienhaus bietet viel Platz und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Trotzdem sind viele traumhafte Strände schnell zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Un’esperienza con motivi contrastanti

L’esperienza in questo soggiorno ad Aglientu ha avuto momenti contrastanti: la casa è situata in un terreno tranquillo e silenzioso, capace di regalare una vacanza rilassante, tuttavia per fare qualsiasi cosa è necessario usare una macchina. La casa offre poi numerosi servizi tra cui una piscina, un campo da beach volley, un canestro e un trampolino; tutti passatempi molto divertenti che però necessiterebbero di una maggiore manutenzione. La pulizia della piscina come quella del campo da beach volley lasciano spesso desiderare e possono rendere talvolta inutilizzabile il servizio. Anche la casa nonostante il pagamento di spese di pulizia non si presenta così pulita come la si aspetterebbe, inoltre molti oggetti come sdraio, lettini da sole ecc forse per vecchiaia si trovano in uno stato molto precario che minacciano continuamente la notevole cauzione, richiesta al momento del pagamento. Nonostante questi difetti nel complesso si è comunque trattata di un’esperienza positiva che per un gruppo di amici ha saputo regalare momenti di grande pregio.

Belle maison, vue splendide

Nous avons passé un agréable sejour dans la maison, super terrasse et jardin. Bien située, au calme, avec accès rapide aux commerces et à une multitude de jolies plages. Heinz reste joignable facilement, flexible et réactif! Je conseille cette maison.

Ruim huis met prachtig uitzicht

Het huis bestaat uit 2 delen: boven een grote woonkamer, keuken, 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Beneden een woonkamer met open keuken, 2 slaapkamers en een badkamer. Wij verbleven alleen boven. Er is een heerlijk terras met grote tafel en uitzicht op de zee en Corsica. Je bereikt het huis via een onverharde weg van ca. 500 meter. Een auto is noodzakelijk. In de buurt vele stranden, stadjes en een waterpark. Er is een zwembad dat overal even diep is (ca. 1,40m) dus oppassen met kinderen die niet kunnen zwemmen. Verder is er een trampoline en een grote zandbak. Hier en daar wat dingen stuk (glazen, kurkentrekker, plinten) maar dat zie je vaak in vakantiewoningen.

Großzügiges Haus und Garten in ruhiger Umgebung mit tollem Ausblick

Wer Ruhe und Erholung für eine große Gruppe sucht bekommt hier auch noch einen grandiosen Ausblick über Landschaft und Meer bis nach Korsika! Das Haus ist in zwei Wohneinheiten unterteilt und großzügig gestaltet. Die Einrichtung lässt kaum Wünsche offen, die Terrassenmöblierung ist zwar hübsch, benötigt aber ein update und Liegestühle sind nur zwei vorhanden. Der Garten ist weitläufig und es findet jeder seinen perfekten Platz. Die Anfahrt von der Staatstraße bis zum Haus führt über einen unbefestigten Weg der momentan ein einigen Stellen recht ausgewaschen ist, ein Auto mit genügend Bodenfreiheit ist von Vorteil. Das gilt aber auch für viele Strandzufahrten auf Sardinien. Die nächsten Strände sind ca 10-15 Minuten vom Haus entfernt, genauso wie eine kleiner Laden und Restaurant. Größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca 25 min Entfernung. Die Lage des Hauses ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden von Sardiniens Norden. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Très bon séjour!

Nous sommes restés une semaine dans cette villa et sommes extrêmement satisfaits! La maison est très agréable et propre. La terrasse offre une vue imprenable sur la mer... Rien à dire! Le propriétaire est très disponible pour toute question! Nous recommandons!

Disappointing and definitely not what it says on the tin.

We've stayed in a number of properties in Italy and other Mediterranean countries over the years and looked forward to this break very much, but sadly felt that the cost of the property rental didn't balance with the quality of the accommodation or comfort of our stay. The property is located in a lovely, scenic area with views of Corsica, although access is along an unmade track that was initially difficult to find as the Google reference we had been sent by the owner was useless as our phones lost the network on our approach. Our first view of the property was a small mountain of household waste on the boundary with the neighbouring property, which remained unemptied for the whole of our week's stay. The swimming pool was the stand-out plus to the property, being large and clean and maintained, and the children loved it. We did note that the steps were loose and potentially hazardous. A separate area for games under the trees was welcome in the extreme heat and went down well with the children. Internally, the property is split over two levels, with the downstairs bedrooms and small sitting area having been refurbished more recently to a pleasing standard, compared to the upstairs which is somewhat dated; we felt that the upper level really needed some TLC. There were some basics missing - a kettle and a microwave for instance - and the internet (if there is any credit left when you arrive) is patchy at best, and often unavailable. There's inadequate seating in the lounge for a larger family and the beds were uncomfortable and noisy in some bedrooms. It's not possible to hang up all of your clothes in some bedrooms. The property isn't air-conditioned, which is worth noting if the weather is likely to be hot. One significant issue we had was that the listing on this website clearly states that towels and bed linen is included, which is ideal when travelling across Europe on limited luggage space. However, we were informed in an email less than a week before the start of our holiday that we would to pay additional fees per person for towels and linen (which amounted to only one towel per person for a 7 night stay) or have the booking cancelled. Clearly we had little choice but to accept, even though this broke the terms of the contract. As this cost us a considerable amount extra we hadn't budgeted for this, in my view, is reason enough not to book this accommodation in future.

Super Haus in herrlich ruhiger Lage mit fantastischem Meerblick

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen (mit direktem Meerblick von der Terasse aus). Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Alles war ordentlich und nach deutschem Standard. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es einen schönen großen Pool. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit per Telefon und/oder WhatsApp erreichbar und hat alle Fragen sofort und unkompliziert beantwortet. Wir waren 3 Familien (10 Personen) und hatten von Anfang an Erholung pur. Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert!
