The 1-room apartment "ALTSTADT-STUDIO" in the Fischerau with about 30 square meters is modernly furnished, has a double bed with separate mattresses, a seating u. Dining area, a kitchen with hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and crockery u. Cooking utensils.

The new bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet is equipped with shower u. Towels. Hair dryer and toilet paper are available.

Facilities include cable TV, wireless Internet access and a radio CD player. The apartment is on the 1st Floor overlooking the Fischerau and the creek.

very comfortable apt in beautiful spot
Staying for the 2nd time was as great as the first - the apt has all I needed for a month-long stay in the city of Freiburg. Comfortable and an absolutely central, beautiful street. All amenities as listed and of good quality. Christina is also so pleasant and easy to deal with.

Beautiful studio in the old town. As with all accommodations in this area it can be a bit noisy at night on the weekends but worth the small inconvenience (bring earplugs) for the great location.

Es gibt an der Lage der Wohnung einen kleinen Haken: unter der Wohnung ist eine nette Weinbar (wo man auch sehr lecker essen kann), die sich an der Trinkfreudigkeit der Kunden orientiert. Wir mussten in einer heißen Sommernacht mehrfach darum bitten, die Tür zur Gasse zu schließen, sonst ist es bei geöffneten Fenstern unmöglich zu schlafen, genauso wie bei geschlossenen Fenstern wegen der Sommerhitze.

Urlaub zu Zweit
tolle Lage für Unternehmungen in Freiburg und Umgebung. Nach wenigen Gehminuten ist man mitten in der Altstadt. Ein großes Plus war, dass wir in der Nähe einen Garagenstellplatz anmieten konnten, ansonsten ist es schwierig seinen PKW abzustellen. Die Ferienwohnung war echt nett, leider war aber das Bad recht klein. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr nett begrüßt! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben eingerichtet und ausgerüstet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief problemlos. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach sensationell. In wenigen Minuten befindet man sich in der Haupteinkaufsmeile von Freiburg.

Top-Lage für einen kurzen Städtetrip
Wir waren mit dem Appartment wirklich sehr zufrieden. Auch die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Durch die zentrale Lage ist man zu Fuß oder via ÖPNV wirklich flexibel. Negativ anzumerken ist lediglich die Lautstärke der darunter liegenden Bar bis in die späten Abendstunden, was aber dank Oropax auch zu keinem größeren Problem wurde.

perfekte Lage, schöne Wohnung, entgegenkommende Vermieterin
Die Lage in der Fischerau ist wirklich perfekt. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten beim Münster, am Bertholdsbrunnen oder auf der KaJo. Es ist abends aber ruhig. Die Vermieterin hat mich freundlich begrüsst. Da es keine direkte Anschlussmieter gab, durfte ich die Wohnung am Abreisetag später verlassen. Die Wohnung ist kleiner als sie auf den Bildern erscheint, hat aber alles, was es braucht: ne Kaffeemaschine, Kochplatten, Kühlschrank, ein wirklich gutes Badezimmer. Ich würde eigentlich einen halben Stern abziehen (wenn das ginge) für eine funzelige Stehlampe und nen seltsamen Fleck in der Zimmerecke (Feuchtigkeit?), aber nur 4 Sterne zu geben habe ich angesichts der Freundlichkeit der Vermieterin und der Sauberkeit der Wohnung dann doch nicht machen mögen. Also: 4 1/2 Sterne... aufgerundet ergibt das eben 5 Sterne...
