Enjoy the panoramic view of the lake, the Alps and the adjacent forest! Our pretty apartment is in the first row on the Sonnenberg in Überlingen. The spacious apartment is on the top floor of a well-kept apartment building on the 3rd OG. The lake is only a few minutes by car or bus (stop 100m).

The apartment is in new condition and very high quality and modern. It has two spacious rooms, a large loggia, a spacious hall, kitchen and bathroom. A bicycle cellar is available. There is a playground nearby for small children.

The apartment is located in a small forest. A convenient footpath leads down to the city and to a grocery store. A parking space belongs to the apartment.

Geräumige Wohnung mit schönem Blick
Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist groß genug für zwei Personen. Der Blick auf den Bodensee ist toll, wenngleich es im März für lange Balkonaufenthalte zu frisch ist. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle und üblichem Geschirr/Besteck etc. Aufgrund des Aufzuges und einem bequemen Duscheinstieg kann die Wohnung auch von Menschen mit Bein/Fußproblemen genutzt werden.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub am Bodensee
Rundum gelungen, die Unterkunft ist super und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Eine tolle Lage mit herrlichem Blick aus Wasser. Ein Stadtbus fährt in der Nähe ab. Wir waren sehr zu frieden.

Sehr gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung
Zum Glück war die Wohnung und insbesondete die Küche gut ausgestattet. Denn wegen des sehr schlechten Wetters haben wir die Wohnung mehr genutzt als üblich.Nur den großzügigen Balkon mit schönem Blick auf den Bodensee haben nur an 2 Tagen von 3 Wochen genießen können. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe, notfalls sogar zu Fuss erreichbar. Und die kurze Entfernung uur Umgehungsstrasse und zum Ufer des Bodensees sind sehr erfreulich. Erfreulich ist auch die ausgezeichnete Internetverbindung, z. B. für Videokonferenzen. Leider in Deutschland nicht flächendeckend vorhanden.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in Überlingen
Sehr schöne, ruhige und saubere Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick über den Bodensee. Die Vermieter sind supernett, sehr hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Zu Fuss ist die Umgebung bis an den See gut zu erkunden. Es gibt genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Selbstversorger. Durch die Bodenseekarte kann man kostenlos die Öffis benutzen und bekommt fast überall Ermässigungen. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Urlaub am Bodensee
In einer Woche haben wir vieles erlebt. Schönheit der Natur, historische Sehenswürdigkeiten, Museen. Wir haben Spaziergänge gemacht, gebadet, sind Rad gefahren. Unvergesslich waren die Abende, als wir gutes Abendessen sowie herlichen Blick auf Bodensee vom Balkon der Ferienwohnung genosssen haben. Nur einen Nachteil hatte der Urlaub - war zu kurz.

Great base.
We had wanted to explore the Lake Constance area for quite a while and this was the perfect base. We drove right the way round the lake during our stay but enjoyed the immediate area the most. We also used trains and ferries, both of which were nearby.

Überlingen vom Sonnenberg gesehen
Geräumige, ältere, ruhige und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf den Bodensee. Etwas abgelegen, aber Dank dem Bus, ist das Zentrum von Überlingen auch für diejenigen, welche nicht mehr so gut zu Fuss unterwegs sind, gut erreichbar. (Fussweg sonst 30 Min. bergauf oder bergab).

Urlaub in Überlingen, etwas weg vom Zentrum.
Diese Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem Mietshaus mit netten Menschen. Für Menschen mit Einschränkungen gibt es einen Fahrstuhl. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und sauber. Der Weg in die Stadt ist nur bergab zu empfehlen. Wir sind immer mit dem Stadtbus nach oben gefahren.wir hatten auch die Fahrräder mit ohne E-Bike ist es sehr anstrengend..

Fijn appartement met mooi uitzicht op de Bodensee
Ruim en goed en volledig ingericht appartement in rustige buurt. Fijn balkon, goede bedden, prima douche, volledig ingerichte keuken. Klein half uur lopen naar de haven en het mooie centrum, voor een deel via trappen. Aanrader!

Komfortable Wohnung mit sehr schönem Blick auf den See
Die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock (mit Aufzug) oben auf dem Sonnenberg. Man schaut über die Stadt auf den See. Sie ist sehr gut eingerichtet und geräumig. Abwärts gibt es einen schönen Weg in die Stadt, heimwärts nimmt man den Bus (in Kurkarte) enthalten. Jederzeit wieder.

Schöne gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit toller Sicht auf den See. Die Wohnung ist allerdings mehr als 30 Minuten zu Fuß oberhalb von Überlingen. Nicht geeignet für Leute die schlecht zu Fuß sind. Es fährt jedoch tagsüber halbstündlich ein Bus.

Eine wunderschöne Woche am Bodensee
Die Wohnung und der Ausblick sind genau wie beschrieben. Der Gang über die Treppen zur Altstadt hält fit und ist machbar für Urlauber, die gut zu Fuß sind. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
