Old building meets modernity:
The house in the Altbauflair with high rooms was recently completely renovated and equipped high quality. The decor looks fresh and youthful, has been tastefully selected and has also recently been completely rebuilt.

In this beautiful guesthouse is currently a great very large apartment available, which can be flexibly booked for up to 19 beds (1 double bed) or 7 bedrooms - ideal for single occupancy (often at trade fair guests) or larger groups up to 19/20 People. Should your group be even bigger, we can recommend further objects advertised at Fewo-Direkt,

- The unit is brand new furnished and nicely furnished.
- The 7 bedrooms have a total of 19 beds,
- Each bedroom is equipped with a TV.
- WIFI / Wi-Fi throughout.
- Together 4 bathrooms + 2 additional WC + 4 additional sinks in 4 bedrooms.
- Two beautiful fitted kitchen with dishwasher and dining area.
- There is also a washing machine available.
- Over rooms 6 & 7 you reach a nice big terrace.
- Both parts of the apartment are connected via a double door over rooms 4 and 5.
- All rooms have of course a table, wardrobe and extra-wide beds (100x200cm).
- Of course, bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided, as well as an ironing board and iron; and one hair dryer per apartment.

Great spot for large groups
Fantastic spot for a large group. We stayed here as a larger group spread across the bedrooms. Only issue is one of the showers flooded easily, but otherwise the comms were fast, responsive, and great. For the full number of people it may be a bit too tight given toilet situation, but still, great spot!

Very cute apartment but not comfortable
Our family of 6 people shared two of the apartments so we had plenty of room. Unfortunately it was very warm in Esslingen and there was no air conditioning and no fans. The apartment was not very clean, especially the kitchen in the upstairs unit. One day we found a repair man wanting to fix something from a previous renter. There was no communication from the owner about repair man.

Besenrein ohne Besen
Wir konnten nicht in diese Wohnung, aber bekamen sofort das Angebot in eine ähnlich große Wohnung in der Olgastraße auszuweichen. Dies ist eine schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Wir waren dankbar, genug Raum für unser Freundestreffen zu haben, vermissten allerdings ein Wohnzimmer. Dazu mussten wir einen Schlafraum umfunktionieren. Es wurde gewünscht, die Wohnung besenrein zu hinterlassen, doch leider war kein Besen zu finden. Anzumerken ist außerdem, dass in der Erdgeschoss-Wohnung der Toilettendeckel, die Betätigungsplatte der Spülung sowie der untere Korb der Spülmaschine in Teilen defekt sind. Vielen Dank für die Wohnung an diesem Innenstadtnahen Ort.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt günstig in der Nähe der Altstadt und ist sehr schön. Alles neu renoviert. Leider blättert im Bad in Wohnung 2 unten die Farbe an der Decke der Dusche ab, Geschirr im Oberkorb der Spülmaschine wird nicht sauber, einige Betttücher haben kleine Löcher, es gab nur 2 Kaffeelöffel (alles andere war ausreichend vorhanden) und der Lattenrost im Zimmer mit dem Bad in Wohnung 2 war bereits geklebt und ist wieder durchgebrochen. Wir waren insgesamt 16 Personen in Wohnung 1+2 und es war ausreichend Platz für Alle und wir haben uns trotz der Kleinigkeiten (oben beschrieben) sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Anreiseinformationen sind hervorragend. Alles ist sauber, hell und freundlich.

Die Wohnungs Übergabe durch den Hausmeister fand mit einem netten Gespräch statt und bot viel nützliche Informationen. Die Räume und Ausstattung des Objekts sind gelungen und für Familien mit Kleinkindern gut geeignet.

Mit Kegelclub in Esslingen
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt mit unserer Truppe im Rahmen eines Besuchs auf der Wasn. Alles wie beschrieben, der Kontakt zuvor war sehr nett. Es hat sogar geklappt, die ganze Meute doch noch in ein Haus (2 Wohnungen) zu bekommen. Alles verlief reibungslos. Die Umgebung ist okay, man findet alle nötigen Geschäfte in Reichweite, die Bahnstation ist auch nicht sehr weit. Esslingen hat eine sehr schöne Altstadt mit urigen Kneipen. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder. Vielen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft

Sehr schöne Wohnung.
Leider hat die Wohnung für 11 Personen nur ein WC. (Und ein Pissoir - Leider nur für Männer geeignet). Ansonsten ist die Wohnung gut eingerichtet. In der Küche kann man leider kein Fenster öffnen .

Angenehmes Wochenende mit großer Gruppe
Die beiden Wohnungen sind genau wie beschrieben. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 12 Leuten auf der Messe Stuttgart. Die 19 Einzelbetten waren sehr hilfreich. 25 Minuten Fahrt zur Messe. 10 Minuten zu Fuss in die schöne Altstadt von Esslingen in den Biergarten. Check In hat super geklappt und Herr Sahin war sehr freundlich. Perfekt, gerne wieder.

2 night stay for 6 friends - very comfortable
We were unsure how long our activities and journeys would take on arrival day - so were unable to advise our check-in time. In the event - we actually arrived ahead of permitted check-in time - but phoned the host representative - who appeared in just a few minutes - and took us through check-in. We settled in quickly - and enjoyed our 2 nights there. We only really required somewhere to sleep - so made little use of the kitchen/dining facilities. The apartment was clean and tidy - the beds were comfortable - and the showers & toilets all worked well. It was good to have off-road parking to return to after each of our outings. The walk to the "old town" centre was easy and interesting - and we enjoyed 1 breakfast and 2 evenings out there. What a lovely place to visit, and to stay. I would happily recommend to any of my friends heading that way.

Tolle Unterkunft

Großzügig, modern und gut gepflegt
Wir haben mit einer Gruppe von 10 Personen das Cannstatter Volksfest besucht. Die Unterkunft war hierfür mit der guten Bahnanbindung nach Bad Cannstatt und den großzügigen Räumlichkeiten hervorragend geeignet. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert.
