The living area is furnished with two comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a double bed. The dining area features a table that can accommodate up to six guests.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential appliances and utensils for preparing your meals (oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine).

The main bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200), while the second bedroom has a bunk bed perfect for kids. All beds are neatly made with quality hotel linens.

The modern bathroom includes a sink, a mirror, a shower, and a toilet.

There is no washing machine, but you can visit the self-service laundromat Laverie Éclat at 150 Rue du Château, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, France (just a 4-minute walk away).

You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
