Clean and well equipped condo. It was even nicer than the pictures indicated. Very easy to find and access. If we are back in the area, I would not hesitate to stay again, and also promote the condo to friends and family.
Thank you for such a nice visit!
This was my first time renting myself on VRBO. My family really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and worked out great for my family. We will definitely be back next year for our yearly summer trip.
This is a condo unit in a pleasant, residential development with paved roads and light traffic, great for the kids with bikes. The the unit felt spacious for our group of 5. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans etc. There were 2 empty propane tanks for the grill, so you'll need to supply your own propane if the there isn't any left from the last occupant that purchased it. The interior of the unit is a dated and run down space. It's dimly lit with a a few burned out bulbs throughout. Some curtain hardware is partly falling out of the wall in one bedroom and a wall hanging in one of the bathrooms crashed down in the middle of the night. The floor unit a/c has the hose out a horizontal sliding window with nothing blocking the open space aside from a screen. The towels and sheets are musty, like maybe they sat in a washer too long, but clean. It's clear a cleaning company comes in to do a basic clean between occupants, but it looks like it hasn't had a deep clean in some time. There is a tv with 3 remotes and no instructions, but someone in our group was able to figure it out. I include these details not to make it a negative review, but to give a realistic picture of what it is. If you're looking for a nice place to stay to really spend time in, this is not it. If, like us, you're just looking for a functional space that allows your group to sleep, bathe and cook some meals, this is a great option for a really affordable price.
Overall it’s a nice place to stay, the place is clean and well-equipped with kitchenware. There were only a few things that disappointed me. There wasn’t any filled gas tank with back yard grill and several lights weren’t working in the condo.
This is the best family home I stayed at during my travels of the last 10 years. Thank you so much for keeping such a beautiful place and opening it to our use.
