Spring break

Nice high rise building. The building is under major exterior construction which starts up at 8am Monday thru Friday. VERY loud. It was communicated during booking as under construction. Nice views from balcony.

Revisit after 23 years

Everthing on our vist was A+ although there was construction that was expected we were told about it in advance. If we ever get a chance to come back to Florida we will contact you first. You can be very proud of your accommodations thank you again for a wonderful visit .

The Condo was Great in many ways, plenty of room to stretch out and relax it’s just steps from the pool or ocean. The Host was great and easy to communicate with. The Condo is perfect for the Sunrise on the ocean as we sat on the balcony everyday but the first day and watched the sunrise.

Great location - needs better maintenance and communication

Starting with the good - the location of this building was great! We loved being oceanside and it was centrally located to shopping, dining, and visiting with family in Ormond Beach. However, on the day we arrived, I had not received check-in information and to call to get it from the plane when we landed. After we collected our rental car, drove from Sanford, grabbed something to eat and got to the unit it was about 8:30 at night. We were unable to get into the building for more than 20 minutes as the owner did not answer our calls. Eventually someone came out and we were able to get in. The unit was not very clean as the shower had black mold. The "master bath" shower was unusable as it was a walk--in handicap bath/shower with a shower curtain with pink mold at the bottom. There were candy wrappers in the sofa when we arrived as well as on the floor by the master bath, and the inside lid of the trash can was filthy. I have stayed in many VRBO units and this is the first time I have been disappointed. The air unit was locked by the owner so the temperature could not be dropped below 68 degrees. In short, this unit was a disappointment. I would not stay here again.

Daytona beach stay

Awesome beautiful condo with access to all amenities, just wish we were able to walk to the beach from our property. Other than that, it was amazing! Beautiful views! Close to all attractions! We would love to rent this again!!!!

Great location

Great location! Everything you need for a nice vacation was provided. We especially liked the comfortable mattresses! Close to supermarkets and venues. Visitors should realize that construction is noisy on the exterior of the building from 8-4.

Fantastic vacation

Fantastic vacation! Great condo! Plenty of room and fabulous views! The condo was stocked well including plenty of towels, dish soap and even a small bottle of laundry soap. Owner responded quickly to any questions! Was a little noisy during the day as the building is undergoing renovations but that was communicated to us way in advance of our stay and did not cause any issues in our enjoyment! Would definitely stay again!

Biktoberfest

Me and some friends stayed during biktoberfest and will stay again. We came the week after hurricane Ian and figured there would be limitations. There were limitations but we made the best of it and would recommend if you are looking for a place to stay!

Wonderful !

We had a wonderful family vacation. The location is perfect! We had views of the beach and pool from the patio. We were less than 2 miles from Daytona Lagoon, the Ocean Walk stores and restaurants.

good stay

no one to greet you at the desk the place the whole condo outside was clean .the only thing no washer or dryer for the unit has one washer and dryer on each floor .the condo i stayed in only 2 complaints dust above the fridge and the ac vent was full of dust and dirty dishes in the dishwasher.thats all. if you are handicapped in any way very steep steps to get to the beach .easy access to pool

Great View

It is a great ocean and beach side view. The layout gives balcony access from both bedrooms. TV’s in living room and both bedrooms. Kitchen is roomy enough for multiple people to work in and the appliances are updated. The bathrooms are dated and setup for senior adults. We would definitely stay here again if it was available.

Ocean front views from every room!

This property is top notch! Lots of space, very comfortable furnishings, really special decor and one of the largest balconies you’ll find. The surf is just steps away and the beautiful pool is ready for you too. Secure shaded parking and fast elevators help to make your vacation stress free. We will go back! Allison is a very good host who was very responsive.

Perfect beach location

We were in town for events down the street at the Band Shell. This location was perfect. It was close enough to attend the events but far enough away from the evening crowds. The Condo had everything we needed to enjoy our downtime. This location is a quick drive to many great resturants and shops.
