"VILLA MARECHIARO" - beach=100m/train>Rome 340m, 1000sqm garden, ~110sqm living

We are private providers and are aware that we undermine the current price trend "more and more, more and more expensive" - we have a different approach : We prefer families, small groups, "people", - with whom we can harmonize and communicate fluently. OUR prices are final(!) prices - but FeWo added a lot and then deducts a commission - without it would be even much cheaper... The general tip is: Just search the internet - and you will find - some more information about "Karl-Heinz in Anzio". Anzio is an over 2,000 year old city, the old Antium, which is located "in the bacon belt" of Rome, which is easily accessible.
Every day you can decide whether to spend the morning on the beach and then the day in Rome - or vice versa. But Anzio itself also has THE fishing port for the whole of Lazio and the beach with the ruins of the "Villa" of Nero. I provide visitors with a lot of information in advance so that they can spend their time here according to their interests.

Everything is included in the price - except food - even unlimited non-alcoholic drinks. 4 sets of towels, bed linen in mint condition, shower and hair care and complete kitchen equipment - including a WLAN kitchen machine. The neighboring town of "Nettuno" is also worth seeing with its marina and the old castle complex - and the many small stores.
