This cabin offers an excellent getaway for any family or small group. The cabin was clean upon arrival and had a great layout. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed. There were plenty of towels for us to use and the laundry room is incredibly accessible. The owner was super friendly and communicated with us the entire trip. We loved it!
Our fourth trip in 3 years.
The cabin was clean and neat and check-in was easy. We were even offered the option to check in a few hours early.
Communication with the owner was outstanding. The light over the stove went out one evening, and the owner arranged for a replacement to be delivered the next morning.
We're looking forward to staying there again next year.
Upon arrival the outside ground area was dirty , the outside of the cabin had not been kept up , the welcome door mat was torn and rugged looking , the grill area was nasty. upon entering the couches and throw pillows were nasty and stained up as well as the bed pillows and carpets. We were unable to use the hot tub due to a dirty film in the water. attempted to use the whirlpool bathtub all kinds of nasty stuff kept coming out of the jets. I found an empty beer can under the edge of the bed hanging out, someone’s dirty socks in the living room , trash and a comb laying out on the end table in the living room. The plug for the bedroom tv wouldn’t even reach the wall outlet and we were unable to use the tv due to no network connection. The floors were dirty had not been swept nor mopped, the stove had grease spills all over the top that had not been cleaned. Cobb webs hanging from the kitchen sink light as well as everywhere in the back screen porch area The host did provide prompt responses when messaging however the only offer we ever received was to send the cleaning person back out free of charge …. Are you kidding me? I definitely would not recommend this cabin at all .When planning a vacation and spending this kind of money you expect a clean place to stay to relax and enjoy yourself , as we are adults we should not have to explain to anyone how to properly clean!
The first thing I noticed was the ramp into the cabin was impossible to use. I have a handicap daughter and this was a big deal to me. The downstairs bathroom was not handicapped either. Fortunately, she’s not completely wheelchair bound. If she would’ve been we would not have been able to stay here. Entering the cabin there would’ve been no way a wheelchair could’ve made it through the living room.
The air hockey table that we were very excited to use was hardly useable.
The cords for the tv and Roku were plugged into a surge protector that was sitting in a chair under the tv in the upstairs bedroom.
There was a random piece of wood laying under the bar and the lid to the garbage can was under the bar as well.
There was green moss growing on the drive way right at the porch which became slick when wet.
There was water standing in the refrigerator.
My daughter and I spent a week there and lived the cabin. It was very clean, with a modern kitchen and appliances.
Unlike some rentals, the TV was great, and the wifi outstanding.
The location is convenient to the park, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg.
Thanks Robb!
The breathtaking view from our Quiet and Cozy cabin was truly amazing! After each day of walking trails, visiting surreal sites, and feasting on delicious meals, the Hot Tub brought satisfying comfort. Our stay was above and beyond our expectations!
Cabin was very nice, easy check in process, and the owner communicated with us often to make sure things were going well. Would recommend staying here! Had a great time in the Smokies.
