House - wooden block house with fireplace at kite, surf and beach

The spacious wooden house can accommodate 6 people. It is equipped with an electric heater and also has a wood-burning fireplace (firewood please bring) for cozy hours. The living room with TV and radio adjoins the fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and freezer. In the two bedrooms are a double and a bunk bed. A cot is available. Additional accommodation offer the ottoman in the living room and a single bed in the upper gallery. All rooms are equipped with warm wood floors and well furnished. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. A large terrace and lawn with garden furniture invites you to cozy sitting and playing.  Arrival from 14. 00 o'clock, departure till 10. 00. No tourist. Sheets and towels can be rented on request for 10,00 Euro / person on site. From June to September is only weekly rentals possible (Changeover day is Saturday) .Maximal 3 Pets are allowed, please inquire at more than 3 pets!

Built in 2000 block of wood house stands on a 500 sqm large and completely fenced dog-friendly plot in a holiday home area 200 meters from the surf and beach and offers year-round recreation. On the grounds of the nearby holiday and leisure parks there is a supermarket, a restaurant, a playground and a windsurfing and kite school. The central location between the islands of Rügen and Usedom is an ideal base for exploring the region. Many destinations worth a visit: the watermill in Hanshagen, the ruined monastery in Eldena, the Oceanographic Museum in Stralsund, the submarine museum in Peenemünde or the harbor of Freest (fresh fish!). Children's hearts beat in Naturerlebnispark Gristow higher (pony riding, petting zoo, traffic garden). And who wants to extend your holiday shopping, this can be done in the old worth seeing Greifswald. The nearby beach can be reached in 3 minutes. The shallow water is ideal for children and non-swimmers and by 2 ° C warmer than the open Baltic Sea.
