Beautiful Beach Vibe Condo in a magnificent gated community
Luxurious, fully renovated, 2nd floor unit with vaulted ceilings in a very quiet and nice community with easy access to downtown Naples and close to the beach. Enjoy the largest heated free form pool in Naples! The condo is clean and bright, featuring a fully equipped kitchen. You can find a huge variety of fresh fruits & vegetables from the convenient Publix supermarket just down the street on Davis Boulevard, or try out the many outstanding restaurants for which Naples is known!
The spacious master suite offers a King Size bed, large walk-in closet, new flatscreen TV, and a newly remodeled master bath with granite counters, tub & shower. A comfy Queen Sized bed in 2nd BR including a second master bathroom equipped with tub and shower. A hide-a-bed/couch is present in the living room for (2) extra guests. The living area includes a new flatscreen TV with cable TV service included. Wi-Fi is present in the entire condo and complementary. A recently installed new washer & dryer as well as iron & ironing board are available. Just steps away from the front door, in the covered carport, you can find beach chairs along with an umbrella to enjoy a beautiful day at the Beach.
The screened lanai is overlooking a private lake, a great place to have your morning coffee!
The first time we visited the falling waters community many years ago, we instantly fell in love with it. We think that this quiet and beautiful community has everything for you to fall in love with it too.
