Also on the second floor there is a bedroom with a queen bed and another room fit for a family with a king bed and twin bed. On the third floor there is a suite with a queen bed and private bathroom. Additionally on the third floor there is a bedroom with a queen bed and full bed and another room with a king bed, 2 twin beds, and a bunk bed that is twin size. There are three shared bathrooms throughout the home.Outside, enjoy a front porch and fenced in back yard with two outside showers. There is parking for up to three compact cars in the driveway or on free street parking. 729 Columbia is within is three blocks to beach access, the arcade, miniature golf and the promenade. The home is also walking distance to the Chalfonte hotel, Washington Street Mall, restaurants and shopping. Other amenities include: washer & dryer, seven televisions, BBQ gas grill, and blow dryers in each bathroom. There are also bicycles (please bring helmets), outside games, and beach items in a shed that tenants can use during their stay.Guests will need to bring with them or rent through a local linen company flat sheets, fitted sheets, bath towels, beach towels, and any other linens for their stay. There are light quilted blankets and pillows for guests to use for each bed. Check in is 3:00pm and check out is 10:00am.All bookings and lease payments are handled by Coastline Realty LLC for 729 Columbia Avenue. Each reservation includes a $65 processing fee, a refundable security deposit of $650, and a $300 cleaning fee as part of the lease agreement.
