For a high end luxury rental, they truly set their bar low.

Our experience started off not receiving an introduction email with door code. I had reached out to the owner in the AM to see if they could accommodate an earlier check in, although they could not accommodate I received no further info. I tried calling and messaging upon our arrival, but no response for 1 hour. The response I received was "We sent you the email a week ago but I just sent it again.". I never received an email and regardless I normally get a check up email shortly after check in from 5 star owners so I pretty much knew how this was going to go, A REIT or absent owner. I asked for an hour longer to check out for the inconvenience, and I received no response. Broken fixtures, best up furniture, even screen missing from the Lanai. Clock broke, remotes missing backs wall paper coming from walls, sinks clogged, king beds so hard it's like sleeping on box springs, and stained bed spreads. However the twin beds were comfortable. Bottom line the owners never visit these units and the management has no pride in their work. Way over priced, I will never return and stay clear from Vacation Central Florida in the future, not a pleasurable experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There weren’t enough pots on arrival, but this was quickly rectified. If you plan on cooking, bear in mind that the kitchen is a bit understocked. This is my first vacation rental with no condiments (not even salt and pepper), so everything had to be bought from scratch.Clubhouse was great when the pool was open. Clubhouse pool had to close due weather, which was out of anyone’s control and for the safety of guests.Overall stay was good.

It was okay...

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. My only grievance was having to wash the urine soiled mattress cover (from the previous guests) along with the bedsheets that also smelled of urine.

Once again our stay was wonderful. Overall the home was clean and the layout worked perfect for our family. A little hiccup at arrival. They didn't have us listed on the property but once we called the property management it was fixed. We did find the kitchen to be a little under stocked. For example we had to purchase a cookie sheet / baking sheet for the oven. Overall I would recommend this home more specifically the Champions Gate resort / complex.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the 4 bedroom and 3 bath townhome with a private pool. The home was clean and updated with plenty of room for everyone. We were staying there to go to the Disney parks. One should be aware that while the parks aren't too many miles away, the daily traffic makes the travel time to the parks about 45 minutes, so plan accordingly. There were also traffic backups at the entry gate at times that were frustrating. Overall we were satisfied with the home.

Great Property, Great Location for a Great Time

This four bedroom, three bathroom property is ideal for a family vacation. It is well maintained, located in pleasant surroundings and is on the gated Champions Gate complex. You will not be disappointed. The Oasis Club is within easy walking distance. Ideal location for the Disney Parks with easy links to the I4 and Highway 27. Shops and restaurants are also close by. Would be more than happy to return on another visit and would highly recommend for others for their stay in Florida.

Beautiful home and close to everything

Very nice place with lots of room for our family, both the house and pool were very clean. Liked that there were 3 bathrooms so everyone had their own to get ready in. Only downfall we had was the King bed upstairs in master bedroom was a little too firm for our liking so we slept on twin beds in the kiddie room and the one trash bag provided wasn’t enough for our 4 day stay, 2 would have been better since we had to buy some at the store in order to use one more. Club house was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool and lazy river, food was really good and employees there were very friendly. Location was great as well, we were close to stores and restaurants and not too far of a drive to Disney or Universal.

Great location

The property was very nice the house was great as well we loved the community pool an the activity’s for the little kids being on a golf course was great for me and my buddy the only complaint we all had was the house was a little warmer than we would have liked would have been better if we could have turned the A/c up but other than that I would definitely return to this location
