Recently restored with their gardens and parking lots, we are pleased to offer you our 2 gîtes, in an old family farm. They can be rented separately or together according to your needs. Each gîte has an outdoor space and private parking.
During the renovation in August 2024, we chose French-made bedding, "hotel palace" class, and opted for second-hand furniture that provides a warm atmosphere.

The gîte is housed in an old farm 3km from the village of Moulins-le-Carbonnel. It is located on the first floor of an old restored building surrounded by green spaces: landscaped garden, private terraces and a pond make up the landscape of the property on a total surface area of 4,220 m2. Other dwellings coexist with the gîte.
This new house (6 to 8 people) can be rented alone or in conjunction with La Bergerie (10 to 14 people). If you have family celebrations, or parties with friends, it is ideal for getting together while having space.
Access by a staircase to the 1st level of the gîte: large independent living room with a sofa bed, TV. Shower room with sink and Italian shower, WC. A large fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with insert fireplace. Stairs to access the 2nd level offering 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with 2 80 cm beds that can be twinned into a 160 cm bed. 1 shower room with sink, shower and 1 WC. Mezzanine with sofa that can be used as a bed for one person. A separate toilet. Access to the cottage by a private path and private outdoor space, garden furniture, barbecue. Beds made on arrival and heating included.
Everything is designed to feel like you're in a cozy cocoon: the common areas are large, and it is also possible to isolate yourself to enjoy a moment of independence with your favorite book!

Mandatory cleaning fee and extra: €80

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
