About this property

NEW and Beautiful! 2 blocks to Indiana U, walk to dining! Comfortable, Location

We purchased this house in September of 2021. All of the furniture is brand new, beautiful and cozy! The beds are extremely comfortable! We are 2 blocks from the IU campus and less than a mile to downtown Bloomington. You can walk to all of the bars and restaurants. There are 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and one bedroom has 2 full beds. We have a smart TV in every bedroom as well as in the family and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked if you feel like baking or cooking! We have a washer/dryer in the basement.

Wonderful weekend stay
Beautiful home that is very close to campus, great coffee and pizza. Nice parking accommodations, beautifully decorated, loved having essentials in the showers and kitchen was nicely stocked for some basic cooking.

Fabulous stay in Bloomington!
My family was in town for Thanksgiving weekend and we loved everything about our stay. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated with all new furniture and linens, comfy beds and a fully stocked kitchen. We will definitely be back! .

Parent’s Weekend October 2022
The home was perfect! It was exactly as Julie stated, clean, great location, and spacious. We had a fabulous visit with our son for his Fratermity Parent’s Weekend. The house is extremely clean, lots of open space and very close to everywhere we went all weekend. Thank you for wonderful stay!

A Perfect Bloomington Stay
We stayed for IU Family weekend, there were 6 of us. The house was clean and well organized and had everything we could have wanted. Good supplies of things to get us through for the weekend like paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Lots of dining spaces and also great living spaces to hang out. We used the kitchen quite a bit to prepare for tailgating and had everything we needed. It was wonderful to have a large and super clean fridge to store everything and loved having space in the kitchen for everyone to sit and hang out while we prepped. The house is located only a few blocks from campus and made it so easy to get around. Would rent this home again in a heartbeat!

Great home for campus visit
We were visiting for dad‘s weekend for a daughter’s sorority. The house was just perfect! Plenty of room to have a few parents over to visit and have brunch. Kitchen was well stocked with basic supplies of trash bags, spices, etc. Good quality linens, comfortable mattresses and pillows. The house is beautifully decorated with lots of thoughtful touches. Living room, den and dining room area has lots of space to stretch out. Great place to watch games on the 2 large TVs. Great parking especially for being that close to the University. Communication with the owner/manager was seamless and convenient. Hope we have a chance to stay here again!

We stayed at Julie's house with our two kids and my parents and had plenty of room for all of us. The house was clean, well-stocked, and super close to campus and shopping. Highly recommend!

Our Daughter attends IU and we fell in love with Bloomington. We own other short term vacation rental properties and thought it would be great to have one in Bloomington as well.

Why they chose this property

This property is perfectly located 2 blocks from the University and less than a mile from all the bars and restaurants. Its a great location to stay whether you are coming to look at the campus or getting a feel for Bloomington. The amazing Mother Bears Pizza is only 2 blocks away as well.

What makes this property unique

Brand new furniture in the entire home. Super comfortable beds and bedding. Smart TV's in all of the bedrooms as well as the two living rooms. Two eat in dining areas.
