Come enjoy the beauty of Anna Maria Island! Less than 50 steps from the white sand beach and minutes (.2 miles) from restaurants, cafes, bars, ice cream shops and grocery

We are just steps to the beach (no roads to cross) and we have all the beach supplies that you will need.

Welcome to Home Sweet Holmes ! The minute you arrive you will be greeted with all the comforts of home. This unit sleeps 6 people. Master offers a very comfortable king size bed. USB port built into the nightstands for all your charging needs. There is also a twin Murphy bed that can be pulled down if needed. A 50” smart TV. The attached bathroom is extremely large with a double vanity and a giant walk-in shower.
The second bedroom offers a queen size bed with a twin bunk overhead. Plus a 50” smart TV. The hall bathroom is a tub/shower combo which makes it great for bathing the kiddos.
The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances. Good quality pots and pans. Additional USB ports and all the kitchen gadgets that you may need. There is a breakfast table that seats 2 in the kitchen, dining table that seats 4 plus 2 seats at the countertop bar.
The living room offers a couch, loveseat and a swivel chair. 70” smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker.

Totally remodeled in November 2021. All brand new furniture, paint, countertops, backsplash, lighting and much more!!

This unit has 2 patios. One in the front with great views of the sunrise and the back has a small view of the ocean but the best ocean view is one flight of stairs up to the massive rooftop deck complete with plenty of chairs for some of the most amazing sunsets!!

The condo complex has a total of 8 units, swimming pool and grills.

Great Location, nice condo

This condo is about 100 steps from the nearest beach access. The only way to be closer would be to rent an oceanfront property. Older building but the unit is VERY nicely renovated and furnished. The kitchen was very well equipped. The pool was well kept and the water warm. Kelly was helpful and responsive. We would definitely be happy to stay again.

4th of July in Paradise

This was our 2nd year staying here for the week of 4th of July, but honestly we would come any other time of the year too! Great location to the beach and stores/ trolley stations. They’ve provided all the beach gear you could need!! This place feels like our AMI home away from home.

Beautiful Condo and Location

We have stayed at this condo multiple times with the previous owner, and the new owner Kelly was also very accommodating and quick to answer any questions. The condo is decorated and updated beautifully! And the location is literally 100 steps to the beach. Comfortable beds, comfortable living room furniture, very nice kitchen, two lanais, and laundry in the unit all made our week fantastic. Plus, there are a lot of beach chairs and water toys in the condo storage unit, along with a couple beach umbrellas and a wagon for hauling items to the beach. We really didn't need to buy anything extra to have fun and relaxation. Definitely will stay here again! Thank you to Kelly for allowing us to stay!!!

Perfect location

Wonderful clean well equipped condo in an ideal location next to the beach, grocery store and trolly stop. We loved the patios, rood top deck and the pool. Super cute decor and comfortable furniture and beds. We will be back. Thanks!

Homes Beach Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this bright, clean vacation rental. The twin Murphy bed and upper bunk were just right for our grandkids. We enjoyed using the available beach chairs, toys, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location next to the beach and shopping was great. Kelly responded right away to any questions we had. Everything went smoothly. Our only issue was the master bedroom toilet flushed very loudly.

Spring Break 2023

The property was as advertised, clean, and conveniently located on the island. Beach access is steps away, and not crowded. Grocery store, pharmacies, restaurants, and shops all within a couple blocks. Plenty of beach stuff to use in storage, wagon, chairs, toys, etc. The 2 porches, the pool, and the rooftop access were favorites of our family. I'd only recommend turning chairs on the roof top upside down if it's windy at night so they don't make noise. We absolutely loved it and would book again.

First family beach vacation

The property was just like the pictures. Very clean and less than two minutes to the waves! The property had all of the beach gear a family could need - plenty of chairs, umbrellas, floaties and toys. This condo truly felt like home! Kelly was a wonderful host and we hope to stay again next year! The only con was the pool was not shaded from the sun at all.

Gorgeous spot on the beach

Absolutely awesome property just steps off the beach. The Murphy bed in the master was perfect for our littlest guy. The custom shiplap and millwork throughout were a beautiful touch that contributed to a casual coastal vibe. Indy furniture, plenty of stuff in the kitchen to cook with, even a dart board for games! Fantastic host, excellent communication and accommodations. Highly recommend!
