Terrific location

We loved our stay here. The location is perfect, the beach is right behind the house. After a swim, the best spot is on the roof top deck. Amazing views. The house is comfortable and offers a lot of space. We walked in the neighborhood; people were so friendly. The owners were very responsive when we had a question. All in all, a terrific place

Perfect vacation

The location was perfect for the whole family that included fishermen, a toddler, a dog, beach lovers and book worms. The cottage was comfortable and homey for all of us. Dick met us when we arrived and gave us a personal tour of the house and private beach area. He was immediately responsive to any questions that arose.

Best views around!

Great rustic beach house but the location is really the star. We've rented on several Dennis beaches over the years and this was the stand out. Situated between Harborview Beach and Sesuit Harbor, you can choose between your wonderful private beach with hard-to-find simple dune access, or head over to the public beach for the awesome low tide with room to roam. The rooftop deck is perfect for cocktails and dinner with a view of the boats returning to the harbor as well as the stunning sunsets. Truly awesome!

great beach house

The house was very comfortable for our family of 8. We loved the private beach and the view deck. It was close to restaurants and shops on rt.6. and we had a camp fire on the beach every night. The kitchen very well equipped for cooking.

Great Place

Hi-stayed here with my family of 9 the last week of June-could not ask for the best sunsets on the deck-tons of room-very deceiving from the outside. The owners are very accommodating and are only 5 minutes away if anything should come up. Only a 2 minute walk to the famous Sesuit Cafe, we ate there 4 times during are stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat Don`t hesitate to rent it now. .
