A Wonderfully Cute and Cozy 1 BR and 1 BA house located close to the parkway entrance's of Fairview rd. and Hendersonville Rd. 2 porches on the house, 1 on the front of the house and 1 on the side of the house to spend some time relaxing or drinking wine or beer. There is a firepit located on the side of the house as well. Lots of nature around, with Birds, Squirrels, Ground hogs, and the occasional wandering neighbors cat! This house is the perfect place to want to venture around Asheville for more than a few weeks. Small pets welcome! (We are located next to Interstate 40 so there is vehicle noise from the freeway).
-House is located 5 miles away from Downtown Asheville.
-Less than 3 miles to Biltmore. Walking distance to a park with Basketball hoops, tennis courts, and Baseball diamond.
-Quick access to I-40.
-Less than 2 miles to the Asheville Mall, Target, and Whole Foods. -Located 10 minutes from Mission Hospital.
-WNC Nature Center less than 3 miles away.
