Cleaning services are conducted prior to guest check-in only. Mid-stay cleanings can be scheduled based upon availability for an additional cleaning fee equal to the cleaning fee initially paid. If you would like to schedule a mid-stay cleaning, please let us know in advance.

Please note this unit shares walls with other units so you may experience some noise transfer between units.

No Smoking or Vaping Policy: Please be advised that for the enjoyment of our community, smoking of any type is strictly prohibited in the unit or anywhere on the premises. We reserve the right to charge a penalty cleaning fee ranging from $250 to $500 (based on the size of the unit) to any individual found smoking. This policy is enforced to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests and neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation.


Reminder: We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if the property is found to be excessively dirty after check-out. This fee starts at $250 and may increase depending on the time and cleaning supplies required by our cleaners.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies.

We're unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, but the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.

NOTE: Please be aware that this unit may include shared walls with neighboring units, which may result in some occasional noise transfer. To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all, we have designated quiet hours from 10pm-8am, and we kindly ask all guests to be considerate of their neighbors during their stay.

We also have a handheld steamer to fulfill your ironing requirements.

Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.

We kindly request that you refrain from sending mail or deliveries to our property, as we neither have a mailbox nor provide access for such items. For packages, please direct them to the nearest post office for collection. For food deliveries, please make sure to meet the delivery person to confirm that you received the order. Please note that we accept no responsibility for any lost or misplaced deliveries.

Fantastic location; lovely apartment!

I spent six weeks in this beautiful, quiet, lovely apartment that is new and stylishly furnished with everything needed. I absolutely loved my time in this downtown location!! Easy location to walk to everything you need or want -- stores, restaurants, Trader Joe's, Pop's Bagels, Philz, Super Domestic (best coffee and donuts!) etc. Just know it's operated by a company not a private individual so personal touches such as early check-in, etc. don't apply. Make sure you receive all the check-in info before arriving as the 8-unit apartment complex is gate-protected. So it was frustrating after flying across the country all day (and spending two hours in a restaurant because no early check-in) that I had stand outside the gates for a half hour waiting for someone to send me a code to enter the complex. (Later I did appreciate the extra security of having the gates.) After that it was smooth sailing and Eliza was very responsive any time I reached out. They were quick to bring more hangers and a brand-new coffee maker when I asked. And I appreciated that! I would happily stay there again. It's a wonderful location, safe, friendly neighborhood and a beautiful, new, comfortable apartment!
