Dumbledore has so graciously donated many magical amenities to help students feel more immersed when staying with us. Students can now find all textbooks they may require in their room upon arrival, and portkeys to and from Hogwarts have been established. Hogwarts expects all students to be in their classrooms by the time class starts without exception!

CLEAN, MODERN, & BEST LOCATION. There’s no need for you to look any further for your next rental stay. Club 34 is the sole spacious and renovated townhome where your dreams come true, and your stresses are left behind the moment you park your Transformer and step through the doors. With our charming Disney and Harry Potter themed 3 bedroom, 3 en-suite bathroom townhome that accommodates up to 8 guests, there’s an adventure just waiting to happen!

Why sit in Orlando traffic when you can be just 2 miles away from Walt Disney World, and minutes from other highly visited attractions? Not only can we provide you with that, but we are also located within the most prestigious, gated resort community of Windsor Hills. This makes Club 34 one of the most highly sought after places to stay.

The entire home has been renovated and features high ceilings, newly painted walls, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, granite countertops, new linens and bedding, new furniture, Wi-Fi (fast, 5G fiber), USB outlets, & more. Club 34 is privately owned and professionally managed to keep Thing 1 and Thing 2 away. ALL bedrooms have a ceiling fan with light, and USB ports on the nightstand lamp. We strive to provide only the best for our fellow princes and princesses, witches and wizards, Avengers, Mouseketeers, and park fanatics.

The open floor plan of the first level is sure to keep the family together. The kitchen includes everything you need to release your inner Princess Tiana or Remmy, from stainless steel appliances, a Mickey waffle maker, and Mickey toaster, to a blender, pots & pans, and new soft-closed cabinetry. You can enjoy your butterbeer while sitting at either our dining area that offers a table with seating for six, or at the kitchen bar that has seating for three. Although the Mad Hatter and March Hare only had tea at their table, you’ll be pleased to find that our coffee station allows you to enjoy your morning coffee, hot chocolate, and tea at any time of the day with a drip coffee maker. We were denied exclusive access to pixie dust for our guests to travel to Neverland, but you'll still feel like you’ll never grow old as you spend quality family time watching the new 65” 4K smart TV with cable and playing the assorted board games at your disposal.

Don’t worry about having to stick to your ticket and finding platform 9 ¾. Also located on the first level is a Harry Potter Hogwarts themed bedroom with a queen-sized bed, large closet, a 50” 4K smart TV with cable, alarm clock, blinds, blackout curtains, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and hair dryer that is also accessible from the kitchen hallway. Hopefully Moaning Myrtle won’t disturb you too much! (And neither of the other 999 happy haunts.)

Club 34’s West-facing yard backs up to an open green area with Magnolia trees, but beware of the dementors! Haven’t you heard? Serious Black has escaped Azkaban! Just outside the back door is the ideal place to soak in the sun and enjoy your gigglewater or pumpkin juice, while either lounging on one of the chairs or chilling in the private, screened in lanai and plunge pool. The pool area has a retractable safety fence and patio door alarm to keep your aspiring Ariels and Aquamans, mermaids, and mermen safe. Whether you’ve woken up early to enjoy it, or you’re out during nighttime, hoping to catch a glimpse of Aladdin and Princess Jasmine flying on their magic carpet, you’re bound to feel it’s your own personal oasis!

On the second floor is where you will find a Classic Mickey Master Suite with a king-sized bed that will allow you to sleep more peacefully than Sleeping Beauty herself. In this suite, there is a new 50” 4K smart TV with cable, large dresser, walk-in closet, alarm clocks, blinds, and room darkening curtains. The large en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, a combination soaker tub/shower, and a hair dryer, making it the perfect space for Beauties and Beasts to get ready. You’ll be the fairest in the land!

Avengers, assemble! Also located on the second floor is the super fun Avengers themed room for kids. Young superheroes will love the twin-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle, convertible Serta futon sofa, large dresser, USB outlet, room darkening blinds, and blackout curtains. This room also includes a 55” TV with cable, XBox One, wireless controllers, and gaming chairs. It’s the perfect space for them to train and hone their skills for when the world needs their help. The Moana themed en-suite bathroom has a combination bathtub/shower and a Mickey step stool so they can get ready for the epic adventure awaiting them just outside your home base.

If you find yourself needing to release your inner Cinderella during your stay (without the helpful animals), there is a full-sized washer & dryer in the hallway laundry closet. A full-size ironing board, iron, laundry basket, extra linens, and toddler bed rail (for the bottom bunk bed mattress) is in the master closet. The walk-in kitchen pantry has Disney and Harry Potter themed pool towels, as well as 2 standard strollers, 1 Mickey Mouse umbrella stroller, highchair, baby gate, outlet covers, a pack n’ play with fitted sheets (fitted sheets in master closet), a soft sided cooler, and a rolling cooler. We’ve thought of everything so you don’t have to!

Club 34 is only a few quick Tigger bounces to the clubhouse, where you have FREE access to the heated, double Olympic-sized tropical lagoon pool, hot tub, Sir Windsor AquaVenture Waterpark with two waterslides, splash pad and fountains to cool down from the sun’s heat. And that’s not all! You also have FREE access to the fitness center, cyber café, arcade, 42-seat HD surround sound movie theatre, covered lounging area, marketplace and grill, recreational park with BBQs, tennis courts, mini-golf course, volleyball court, basketball court, and children’s playgrounds.

Club 34’s central location makes it the perfect home base for other Orlando area attractions, including major theme parks, such as Universal Studios, Sea World, ESPN World of Sports, many championship golf courses, award winning restaurants, and excellent shopping districts.

Basic starter supplies will be included, but for guests with longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies on your own. Please note the townhouse does include a well-stocked kitchen, but no food supplies or spices. The following starter amounts will be supplied at your check-in:
• 1 sponge
• 2, 13-gallon trash bags
• 2 dishwasher tabs
• 1 small roll of paper towels
• 2 laundry detergent pods
• 1 trash bag in each trash receptacle
• 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom
• Start pack of shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap in each bathroom
• Initial supplies for one pot of coffee, tea bags, and hot cocoa packets
