Located only 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike from the city centre and the historic centre of Annecy, travellers have easy access to the main tourist attractions, restaurants and typical shops of the region. Furthermore, our strategic location provides quick access to the main transport routes, facilitating travel to other popular destinations in the area. They will also find common areas within the aparthotel (laundry, reception with relaxation area, outdoor petanque court...). Some apartments have balconies and small gardens. For the others, no need to worry, all the apartments have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains, including the Parmelan and the Veyrier.
