Welcome to our mountain condo. This updated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The private balcony features mountain views. It is ideally located in River Run Village, as you are just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and local festivities. Plus, a short walk to and from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities, including an outdoor pool and a hot tub.

The entryway has mounted hooks, a rack, and a small bench. There is new flooring throughout the unit. The living room features a mounted Smart TV above a beautiful stacked stone gas fireplace. There is also a pull-out queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping options; sheets and blankets are in the closet. This above ground-level, first floor unit with a private balcony offers scenic mountain views and outdoor seating. The bedroom features a new king-sized bed and a mounted Smart TV.

This full-sized kitchen has beautifully upgraded quartz countertops with stainless steel appliances. It has all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats four. The updated full guest bathroom is just off the living room and has a pedestal sink, vanity lighting, and a walk-in shower with a bench. There are plenty of towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Keystone ski trip

The condo was very nice. It was clean and the bedding/sofas were comfortable. It is a short walk to gondola - 10-15min. We will stay here again. Unit needs - ceiling fan light in bedroom. It would be nice to have some cooking supplies-such as Pam spray, little bit of oil, basic spices. These things are not easily purchased in small quantities. Tea bags! You supply coffee but no tea!!!

Great location! Super homey and spacious for my boyfriend and I! Only issue was the heating being too hot and while the apartment was nice and clean I don’t think anyone cleaned under the bed in the last few months.

Anniversary trip to Keystone

Very solid rental.

Great location. About a five minute walk to the gondola. Property was clean and as advertised. We would happily stay at this location again. Kitchen furnishings would benefit from an update. There were three very small coffee cups (about 4 oz). Simple coffee mugs 8-12 oz would have been greatly appreciated. I would also recommend a quick trip to Costco (or Sams Club) to buy some simple silverware. The utensils were very limited and numbered; 6 table spoons, 7 tea spoons.... Just buy some inexpensive silverware and don't worry about counting them.... With that said, as I mentioned, I would stay here again. We greatly appreciated that there were ample coffee filters for the week. A few bags of coffee grounds to get us started. A roll of paper towel and a few rolls of toilet paper. Thank you. Thank you for letting us rent your property.

Very poor management company - the worst! So Unprofessional

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked a condo in an area we knew. We were going to be mountain biking and we wanted to make sure we had access to a hot tub. We spent a LONG time looking for our property. Soon after we get notified the hot tub will not be working (nor the back up hot tub for the facility) and other things like porch access, etc. as a new roof was being installed (not noted at rental time).They did say we could stay and get 25% off of our room.That did not work as we wanted a hot tub.The management company then does not recommend alternate rentals but tells us to find a new one. We found this property (which again the condo itself was our surprise, the hot tub was not working on Saturday evening when we went to use it. I called the management company, requesting the 25% off as that is what we were offered for the other porperty we originally booked. Sadly, they told me we were liars. They said we never were offered any discount at the other property, they said they have pictures of the hot tub and it was in working order the entire time, etc, etc. It was the most ridiculous thing EVER to be called a liar. Infact after about 10 unpleasant exchanges, they then say "well that was a misunderstanding, we did offer discounts" and "yes, there was an issue with the hot tub". So after all those exchanges and them telling us we are liars, they offer a credit for $6 (yes, $6)and if you take the $6, you have to sign a waiver that says you can't post anything negative about them. Are you kidding me? For many guests, the hot tub would not matter, but for us, it actually did. Now with all that said, the issue here is that they accused us (both executives who are EPIC pass holders and frequent the area) of being liars and kept at it until we surfaced proof. So, think about the company, their morals/values and treatment of guets before you book. All they had to do was say "we are so sorry, we will credit you $20". Nope, they just kept telling us we were liars. BEWARE!

A lovely summer retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is so thoughtfully designed! The wood floors, the beautiful stone flooring in the shower and mountain decor. It has everything you need for a lovely vacation: a very comfortable king size bed, a well-stocked kitchen, a comfortable couch, a lovely balcony, and a ceiling fan in the living room. The complex has it's own pool and hot tub and common area with a pool table. It's a one minute walk to the Keystone village area. The only downside was the pullout bed in the couch; the mattress needs to be replaced, as it slopes down and your head is lower than your body.
