Nice Stay!

Great location and enjoyed house/ resort amenities. (minus a volleyball court this year, major bummer!) Thanks for providing a nice house adding to our vacation experience!!

Nuce townhouse lovely views over the pond area

Very nice townhouse clean with everything you need towel , hair dryers kitchen utensils etc.Beds in the upstairs bedrooms are comfy but evertime you move they creak which after a month is a little annoying. I think the mattress,s are good, but I think the frames are well past there sell by dateThe 2 beds in the main floor bedroom are great. Otherwise its a really nice place to stay Debbie the owner gets back very quickly if you have andquestions

Nice getaway

We had a nice trip. Great communication. The air conditioner wasn’t working when we arrived but was handled fast. It was fixed within 4 hours. The place was very pretty and spacious. Could use some wash clothes. There was none only towels. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed. There also was board games. Thanks for having us.

Perfect get away!

We were in town for an event over the weekend and this place was the perfect stay! Easy check in/check out process, great amenities, affordable, clean, and above all a quiet neighborhood in the Orlando area! Every bedroom had its own bathroom so it was perfect for a get away for a couple friends, would definitely stay here again!

Vacation to Disney World

This place is beautiful. The towels under the sink were stinky and smelled like wet dog. Just threw them in the washer and good as new. Carpets in bedrooms do not look super clean but overall it was a nice stay. You do need bracelets to use the amenities and get into the gate. Bracelets are given to you at the front desk when you check in. Contact was always available if you have any questions. Do recommend! :)

Amazing Vacation Condo

This gem is located in a wonderful gated community with amazing amenities! The condo was clean and comfortable. The community pool was complete with a water slide for the kiddo! Our family enjoyed days at Disney, just a 25 min drive! Definitely a great place to stay!

Exactly as described!

We were in town to go to universal for two days and did not want to stay in a hotel or a busy part of the Orlando area. This place was perfect. Super clean and had everything we needed. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was a treat. The property is nice and the neighbors is friendly. The pool area is amazing even though we were too tired to use it! Publix is almost walking distance so we had to bring nothing with us. A gas station is right there as well as a few restaurants. We would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Debbie's place. She was very quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. The condo is located on a very quiet street which appealed to us. The resort is very short on chairs around the pool & we were told by staff every week that they were expecting more loungers which never came.

Very nice property. The house was a little tired.

The beds specifically the mattresses are pretty old. The divots were people have slept. And the mattresses are very uncomfortable. They really need to be replaced. The house was a little tired. It had some nice touches but overall it just feels tired. The carpet is pretty worn going into the laundry room. The tack strip sticks up be on the carpet and I cut myself on the nails. the dishware and what not in the kitchen is sparse and not very good. You can’t turn the upstairs light on from upstairs. The three-way switching is not wired properly. We had a nice day and it didn’t ruin our vacation but the house could use some work.

Great VRBO experience

Enjoyed our 4 day stay here. Clean rooms and enough room for all of us. Location was a bit further out then I had researched, but nothing unmanageable. Would stay again!!

Halloween horror nights adventure

House was great! Pool area was amazing. We enjoyed a day and night at universal and had a wonderful time. Amazing getaway from the tragic surroundings we currently live in at our home in Cape Coral - hurricane ian. Thank you we would come and stay again!

Mini Resort

Renting, checking in, and check out was seamless. The trends had a great time at the tiki bar, lazy river and the pool. The late hours allowed for us to swim after we left the theme parks. The house was amazing! I loved that their was enough bathrooms for everyone!
