Because of the residential nature of the area, the accommodation is particularly well suited to families.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: double sofa bed and desk area
- Bedroom 4: single bed
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior
- A private above-ground swimming pool (unheated) measuring 6× 4m and open from June 1 to September 30 (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is secured by a gate and alarm.
- A beautiful 3,500 m² private enclosed garden with sea-view terraces, pétanque court, swings and basketball hoop.

The house is ideally located in Beausoleil, in a quiet and very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park in the public spaces close to the property. A right of way gives you access to the accommodation to unload your belongings, but parking is not permitted on the property.
