This beautiful townhome, located in a historic suburban neighborhood, ideal for families, friends or business. The 1700 sq ft home is adjacent to Loose Park and walking distance to the Country Club Plaza (Shopping, Dining, Entertainment). Near the best districts for exploration and entertainment. You will have access to the entire 1st floor, made up of 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a large, relaxing screened in porch. Mostly very happy. Small details did pop up: Shower only had super hot water. Fireplace didn’t work. One of the controllers didn’t work Etc. Very grateful overall as we had an excellent time and appreciated the privacy. Good house, cool outdoor space, good stay, would definitely return and recommend

Great home

This was our second time to stay at this property. It is adorable and very comfortable for my family to meet for Christmas. We meet family and our elderly father in KC and are able to cook and visit and enjoy our time together. We will probably be back next year.

Nice historic home in a beautiful area

Such a pretty home in a great central location. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the park across the street is beautiful. The layout was great for two couples, and there’s a great bunk room for kids too. We had a lovely weekend in KC - thanks for hosting us!

Great house, great location

This home across from loose park was perfect for our group of friends in town for a birthday. A 10-minute Uber from some of KC best spots (plaza, crossroads, Westport). Mike was extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Great Little Spot

We had a wonderful stay here. House was clean and appointed well. My only minor wish was for the 3 season porch to have been clean for use. But, it certainly was not that big of a deal. The location is perfect. We enjoyed walking in the park each evening. Parking for 2 cars was easy and convenient. We would certainly stay here again. Recommend strongly!

Family christmas

We were looking for a place to get together for Christmas as my Father in law has sold his house and moved into a retirement facility. This house was perfect for my family of 5 and the rest of the family that was in a hotel to get together for the holiday. It was perfectly stocked for cooking our Christmas dinner and the den was big enough for us all to watch football and visiting. The Christmas tree up was a great touch. We have already talked about returning.

Excellent location and charm

The location was excellent, close to the Plaza and having Loose park across the street was very enjoyable. Loved the character of the home and the outside screened porch was amazing. We definitely will be back.

College Reunion/Girls Trip

We decided to rent this property while attending a local college reunion. Since there was a group of us, we wanted to stay at a house near the campus where we could all be together but not feel cramped. This property was perfect for what we needed. It provided us with ample space in a great location (near the park) and even with 8 people, and it never felt crowded. The property felt light and airy, and the outdoor space provided a great gathering space for morning coffee and afternoon drinks. As a bonus, there are e-chargers directly across the street in the park, so those of us with hybrids could pop over and charge without any difficulty.

Great Location with a clean and safe home.

What a nice home and we really enjoyed our weekend in KC. The home was in an unbelievable neighborhood with close proximity to County Club plaza and also the Westport area. Mike was a pleasure to work with and we had great conversation and expected response time. I have already told several people about the home and want to plan a couples weekend with the kids. We will be back!

Perfect House - Perfect Spot

We are originally from Kansas City but no longer have family in town. We wanted to visit as "tourists" and found this wonderful property. It was the perfect size, clean and well equipped. The side porch was so wonderful in the mornings and evenings. We were in the middle of a heat wave and the home remained cool and comfortable (and there was a nice breeze on the porch). We have already recommended to another family and will definitely be back!!

Great location for families near the Plaza

Great location near the Plaza (walking distance in good-cool weather). Beautiful old-style home across the street from a lovely park. The listing didn't mention (or I missed) that you don't have the whole house to yourself (you just have the lower/main level). There is an upper unit under renovation (no noise/no issues for us). Great communication with the owner and wonderfully fun KC decor throughout the home! My one issue was that the bunk beds are metal and very squeaky (IE every time someone in one of the four beds moves you will hear it)- we brought a sound machine that helped. Would stay again- great for families!

There was so much we loved about staying at this property - if we could rate it 6/5 stars, we would! The location of the house is walking distance from downtown and has a park across the street, and felt very safe and secure. The accommodations such as multiple beds, flexibility of check-in and check-out, screened-in porch and yard were all a bonus. Mike was quick and easy to communicate with and accommodated all of our additional needs with flexibility. The house itself was clean and updated while still being cozy. We will definitely return and stay at this property again!

Girls weekend

This property was wonderful! You couldn’t beat the location and ease of access to the Plaza and the rest of KC! The house was immaculately clean and the hosts were available whenever we needed them. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Great walkable lication

This is a very versatile property. Stayed here with six family members in town for a family event. While the property is in an older home? it has been cosmetically updated, has beautiful original wood floors, and the kitchen is excellent. We loved the screen porch to relax and enjoy some nice early spring weather and a glass of wine! We did have a small issue with the oven, and our host was immediately responsive. Overall a fabulous spot to enjoy our time together and are already looking into rebooking this property with another group of girls!

Great for girls trip!

This home was super cute with lots of character. Very close to the plaza and Westport. The home had literally anything and everything you might need for your stay! Baby and dog friendly items as well. We had a group of 8 girls (adults 30+) staying at the home! Lots of room for everyone to stay with only a few sharing a bed. There are 4 double beds in a cute bunk style room, then a private room with a king bed, a 3rd private room with its own full bathroom, and an office with French doors and a double sized daybed. A second full bathroom is in the hallway outside of the other rooms. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking! We weren’t aware until arrival that there were full-time tenants that live in the top part of the home. We did not hear them at all and I hope they didn’t hear us. We aren’t partiers but some of the girls are “loud” and we definitely had some good laughs— we were worried we would wake them/cause noise complaints. All in all— great location and super cute and trendy home!

Lovely Place, lovely location!

We stayed during our daughter's wedding week end! The multiple bedrooms and bed sizes were perfect for us. The property was very clean and well appointed! Great KC Vibe . Great location with easy access to Plaza, Museum District, and Downtown. Beautiful Park across the street!

Beautiful property with Great location!

This property was in the perfect location for a weekend stayca. We loved the proximity to the park and the plaza. We also loved the size of the place and used the big dining table both days. Katie is an amazing host and answered all questions quickly and politely. I will recommend this to friends and family for sure!
