Escape to our guesthouse on a mini working farm. This peaceful setting tucked away on several acres along a creek with nature trails is the perfect mountain getaway. We are conveniently situated near quaint wineries such as King Family, breweries along with hiking and the Blue Ridge Parkway that is a short hop, jump and a skip away. Every effort has been made to keep this a green haven, chemical and synthetic scent free, so you can leave recharged and rested. Non-smoking

Lovely mountain-adjacent studio

This was my second stay at the property. I've stayed in a number of different places around the mountain area and this one is so clean, convenient, friendly, and accessible to the surrounding Afton areas. Can't wait to return.

Stayed here while riding at Afton Stables, just 10 minutes away. Hosts were communicative and welcoming, studio apartment is clean and comfortable. I'll be returning.

Perfect place!

This was perfect for my wife and I. We hit Pro Re Nata brewery which was only 2 minutes away. Our host greeted us as we arrived and everything was so clean and was furnished well. We will be back!

Hamilton Oaks was AMAZING!

1st let me start by saying we messed up the dates and when we reached out to our host Joanna she was the best Host we had ever had before! We stay in these every time we travel, which is a lot! She was so accommodating. What a BEAUTIFUL all new place she has there. It’s a hidden Gem in beautiful surroundings. We will DEFINITELY be back again! Perfect Getaway

This was an ideal spot for us. Close to what we were doing during our visit. The cleanest of the property is second to done. Ideal parking and in a very quiet setting. Could not have asked for a better setup or location. We will Stay here again

It was the perfect spot to stay in for the night on our way to Natural Bridge. Joanna was extremely responsive and so sweet. She walked us to the goats so my 7 YO could give them a snack. The suite is very cute and clean. Also, just 5 min from King Family winery and a cute brewery, Pro Re Nata with a playground that serves food. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the host and hostess and their family. We received helpful information about things to do in the area. Charlottesville was only 15 minutes away- a quick on/off I64. We would love to stay here again if we make it back this way!

Great for Overnight Stay

Was in town for a friend's wedding. Very cute, clean, and cozy space. Check-in was easy, and Joanna was very accommodating with our request to check in early. Location was perfect and very close to Charlottesville proper, as well as some top-rated wineries. The space has everything you need for a weekend away. Would definitely recommend for couples who are looking to spend a weekend in Charlottesville!

Perfect Location

This property was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do while in and near the Shenandoah Valley. Our accommodations were quite lovely with everything we needed. Joanna was incredibly accommodating including letting us borrow flashlights for a walk on the Blue Ridge Tunnel Trail (highly recommend).

Girls Weekend

Joanna was a wonderful host. Texted me before we had departed to give me a heads up and overview of what we could expect when we got there. The VRBO was close to everything we did and the interstate. The house was very clean and welcoming. We had no issues with anything and loved the layout. Everyone in the group gave it a thumbs up and said it was perfect. Checkout instructions were clear and simple. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the mountains.

The space was decorated tastefully, exactly as pictured, without clutter and unnecessary extras. That said, it had everything I needed (fridge, microwave, dishes, tea/ coffee). It was comfortable and bright. I loved the early morning sun and late afternoon colors from the sunset. The road was a rural setting, quiet, walkable and within easy access to routes into Charlottesville and Crozet.

Perfect Studio Apartment in Crozet!!!!

A Breath of Fresh Air

Our stay at White Hall Guest House was a part of a special birthday trip my husband planned for me in his happy place—Charlottesville VA. Now, thanks to Joanna and White Hall, it’s my happy place too. Our stay allowed us to unplug from our busy work and home lives and just… breathe. Geographically, it was the perfect location. Only minutes away from our activities in C-ville, but close to the great wineries and restaurants in Crozet. And Joanna was a dream property owner…responsive, attentive and accommodating. Worked with us on special check-in and check-out arrangements. Thank you, Joanna, for a wonderful experience! It was a much-needed breath of fresh air.
