The serene wooded setting was just perfect for our family. The owner greeted us and was very hospitable and there if we needed anything. The kitchen table even had a table of candy and Kind bars for us if desired. Very quite setting and very clean!
Rexford and Eureka were not far if we wanted to dine somewhere. I would definitely recommend this cabin.
Great spot in the woods. there were only the two of us so we didn't need 3 bedrooms, but it was nice to have 2 bathrooms. house is lovely and very comfortable. I do have to chuckle at the smoke detector going off when I used the oven!! And no, I did not burn anything!! lol - solved the problem with a fan that was in one of the many closets. We really did enjoy our stay and would like to stay again.
Wonderful property and host! Very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay twice for our coworkers. Highly recommend and will book again when we need a place four out of town coworkers to stay.
The host, Kevin, could not have been more helpful; especially when he discovered that VRBO had double booked the rental house (that is why I gave accuracy of listing 1 star--nothing to do with description of the property).
Kevin was gracious enough to allow us to stay in his own residence, a round log home he had built himself! It was a unique and great place to stay. The location was convenient to Eureka as well. We will definitely stay in the rental house the next time we visit the area. If it had not been for the host however, we would not have had a place to stay, hopefully VRBO doesn't repeat this error!
From start to finish Kevin was very informative and answered any and all questions in a very quick manner! He even reached out to us to inform us that Glacier was requiring vehicle reservations prior to our stay, which I thought was very nice since we wouldn’t have known otherwise! We would definitely stay again if we were in the area!
Warm, inviting, beautiful home in an amazing location, with Kevin nearby on the property and Kim available if needed at any time. This stay has been my best to date. The home and its design/decor are beyond well appointed and I really felt like I had a home away from home. Beautiful and inviting rooms that are spacious and clean. The home itself surpassed all expectations. The location is perfect- just far enough out of the way but not at all a difficult drive. A gorgeous spot with gorgeous views. Kevin is such a gracious host and it was truly a privilege to meet him and stay at such a fantastic place. Do not hesitate nor miss the opportunity to stay here if you can; it’s a “10 out of 5 star” destination!
Quaint, tranquil and relaxing. Location was perfect for accessing roads to various scenic points and adventures. If ever back in the area would stay here again. Host was very responsive to any needs which was few as the place had everything you need for your home away from home.
This is one of those surprise gem properties. It sits on a beautiful lot with an incredible amount of privacy and serenity. The home is surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. Upon arrival I was impressed with how clean and well maintained everything in the home. Kevin, our host was very friendly, attentive and ensured our stay was a great one. Hospitality first rate. This I hope to be able to return soon. Thanks Kevin for a fantastic stay.
This VRBO is wonderful :0) The VRBO was easy to find and is just a little ways from town on a beautiful wooded hillside. We were pleasantly surprised when the home was even bigger than the pictures indicated. Our surprised continued when
we had absolutely everything we could possibly need - an ice cream scoop, little ducky salt and pepper shakers, a pizza cutter, blankets to snuggle on the couch, soap and shampoo dispenser in the showers, soft fluffy towels, an ice maker, a big screen tv, handouts and literature on the area and a wifi password. So many little extras that I can't mention them all. Then there was the outside - a wonderful fire pit with a large grilling surface, wood, kindling and fire starter, a front porch with table and chairs and a side patio, wind chimes and trees perfect for a hammock!! Our host, Kevin was so friendly and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, safe and comfortable. He really has thought of everything. I have already passed this VRBO listing onto several friends. We truly wished we could stay longer.....We will definitely stay there again the next time we visit Montana. Thank you Kevin.
