I built this property in 2004. I had a couple that rented until July of 2021. After they went into assisted living I decided to rent out short term to people traveling to my area for a extended stay.
I also have been selling real estate since 2005 and finding at this time people that might want to sell a home are getting stuck in apartments with a year lease.
