The apartment is across the street from Lake Wawasee in a quiet neighborhood close to town and all of the points of interest. Beautiful spot

We bad such a great stay!! Place is clean, relaxing and comfortable. Love the location. Kids enjoyed the bikes and swimming! Such a peaceful place. Definitely coming back!

Excellent property

This property was comfortable, immaculate and had anything you would need. We enjoyed sitting out by the lake and traveling around the area. We were only there for two whole days but would come back for a longer stay in a heartbeat.

Absolute Gorgeous property and Loacation.!!

This is a beutiful property in a awsome location not far from the lake, (just about a 1 min walk).. has a big & very clean and very sandy swimming area for the kids to play in. Plenty off dock space for the boat. The house was very clean & tidy and well organized. Nice garage space. The host and owners were very friendly and extreemly helpfull!!.. This is an absolute gorgeous and phenomenal property to stay at.!!!.. Would recommend to anyone and we will definitely be staying there again next year!!!!!

Great spot with Wawasee lake access

So many terrific things to enjoy! Waterside patio with chairs and grill (and shade),dock, kayaks, sandy area to enjoy a swim. The apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, very comfy sofa, ample dining table, plus 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The balcony really was a fun spot to enjoy morning coffee and evening refreshments. We had a fantastic time this week!

Perfect location

This is a lovely property and the host is very accessible. The bikes gave us new ways to enjoy the lake with bike trails close to this property. We brought a mattress pad which improved the comfort of the sofa bed. It had everything we had hoped for and we enjoyed every moment.

Perfect summer getaway

This place exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, the location was great-such a nice, relaxing weekend. The kids enjoyed the bikes, my husband & I enjoyed coffee on the balcony and we made lots of family memories out by the water. There was a great patio area with a grill by the water where we watched the kids play in the lake. Great, great place!! We will be back!

Relaxing

Super clean, great location. My only complaint was the one bathroom connected closest to the windows facing the driveway. The shower had no tread and the bottom of it was very slick that I fell inside of it the first day I was there.

Absolutely wonderful!

We were in town for a swim meet and in all the years of traveling to Indiana never knew a place this beautiful existed there. The property was amazing and Lindsay was great. We will definitely be coming back.

Ultimate lake experience!

This property and the gracious hostess were top notch! The above garage apartment is beautiful and super clean! We enjoyed the balcony daily for morning coffee and end of the day relaxing. We cannot say enough good things about Lake Wawasee itself. What a gorgeous lake! The water was clear and refreshing. I took my paddle board and had a blast! The apartment comes with bikes and kayaks - all quality equipment that is well kept. There are so many trails to take advantage of super close. We spend hours each day on the patio and cooked on the grill. It was a lake perfect location. Local restaurants like the Pier and Back Porch and the Channel Marker were yummy as well as Kiyoni. We ate really well for sure! We also found some classy clothing shops and deck chair showrooms. Goshen and South Bend are short drives away and we went shopping, saw a theater performance and dined at LaSalle Grill. I could go on and on...we will be back next summer for sure!

Lake Wawasee property stay

Very beautiful property on Lake Wawasee in an upscale neighborhood. Property owner was very friendly and helpful. Property is stocked with bicycles, kayaks and an extra parking space. Plenty of activities for all ages

Beautiful property!

This property is the best! Beautiful lake access to Wawasee lake, beautiful patio right by the lake! We had our sons 40th birthday here and everyone had a great time, using the kayaks and we rented a boat! The owner, Shari is absolutely the sweetest and very accommodating!! The place is super clean and right across the street from the lake! THE ONLY thing I would suggest is to put twin bunk beds in the second bedroom! We will definitely be back!!

Lake stay

We had an amazing week of relaxation, lake fun, family time and the weather was perfect! The home was very clean, easy access to the water and the grilling area was just perfect to gather with the family. The home is close to town and lots of restaurants also.
