SPRING DISCOUNT!! April 7-20th. Wind down from a busy day in newly built, above garage apartment (finished July 2021) next to my 1909 farmhouse. Surrounded by an English garden, this apartment has vaulted ceilings and a beautiful view of the Cascade Mountain Range. Fully stocked kitchen with an extended counter for work, play games or a nice meal. The living space has a 5 star queen size air sofa bed. The bedroom has a full closet, full size dresser, and a queen size select comfort bed. The apartment has full size bath tub with removable shower head on a hose. Laundry can be done in the full size washer & dryer. There is a small deck with a small table and 2 chairs overlooking one of the beautiful gardens. This property is located within walking distance to downtown Bothell where there are many great places to eat and to drink then have dessert! The city of Bothell provides the city park, including the Bothell historical museum, the library, and city hall and the Bothell Police Department are downtown. Along Bothell Way you will find banks, grocery and convenience stores, pop-up shops, McMenamins, medical and dental clinics and various shopping venues all sure to please every individual.

A little slice of heaven

Joni is the sweetest host and this little abode is like a magical cottage. If you have a chance to stay here, do not pass it up. Everything was perfect and I couldn't ask for a more heavenly place to stay.

Quiet and Clean

We stayed here so we could go see a show at Chateau St Michelle. The hosts were incredibly communicative and friendly and the space was one of the cleanest we've ever rented. It also is slightly walkable if you are open to walking to downtown Bothell or to the QFC around the corner. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic

Photos do not do it justice. It is much larger than I thought it would be. Very bright, clean and comfortable. I would most definitely recommend to anyone interested in booking. Easy access to all major roadways. Met both Joni and Cheryl and they could not have been more accommodating. Thank you for your hospitality.

Property manger is a joy to work with, the apt is clean extremely well appointed. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to Woodinville wine tastings, I -405 and ez access to I -5 a few miles away.

It’s a 5

Joni has taken a great approach to giving a 5 star stay for her guests. You can see she takes pride in her rental and her properties. There were a few minor issues but Joni and Cheryl were on them quickly. A suggestion I would recommend that they have a table were you can enjoy a meal with 2 other people as they advertise for 4 guests. Joni deserves a 5 across the board for her lovely farmhouse feel apt. It felt very comfortable the minute we got there. We would love to come back maybe for a Christmas holiday or another time.

Awesome Place to stay!

My husband and I stayed for 7nights. It was such a beautiful quaint and perfect place for us. It was close to family and downtown. We highly recommend Joni’s above any hotel in the area. She has everything you need and we did not have to contact her even once for anything! We definitely plan to stay again when we’re coming to Bothell!

Really cute apartment

This place is very nice. Well supplied, better than most of the places we’ve visited. Our only suggestion is that if you plan on a late arrival to contact the host ahead of time. There was some WiFi issues but this was not the fault of the host. They were very helpful during our stay. The WiFi issues interrupted the check in process.

Beautiful place!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Well appointed decorations and comfortable sleep number bed. Quiet and clean. They had Christmas decorations up and was decorated perfectly. Snack tray in kitchen was WONDERFUL!!! Close to so many places and Bothell Landing. Highly recommend this place to stay!

Charming Home

Celebrated Thanksgiving with our daughter and explored Seattle and Olympic Peninsula. The apartment was comfortable, cozy and clean. The neighborhood was safe and close to restaurants, parks, wineries, Lake Washington and hiking trails. Cheryl responded to a couple requests quickly and we would definitely stay here again.

Classy lil apartment

This place has all the comforts needed . It’s a quaint one bedroom apartment on a quiet residential street. The surrounding gardens are lovely and pristine. The beds (there is a sleeper sofa) are comfortable. It’s such a pretty place , you can tell the owner takes pride in its decor. There were fall decorations too which added a really nice touch.

I am a registered nurse and live in Bothell, which is 15 miles north of Seattle Washington USA. I love to travel and I’ve been to Greece, Turkey, Italy, France, Mexico Canada, Belize, Guatemala, Egypt, Kenya and many of our beloved States. I love to learn and experience the history and culture of the places I visit. I have 3 grown kids and I’m still waiting to be a grandparent.

What makes this property unique

Review a previous renter:
Joni’s rental apartment is a work of art. It is comfortable, clean, new, welcoming and she has provided everything that anyone could want to make their stay comfortable and enjoyable. She has gone way beyond the normal “rental” in providing enough supplies for a regiment under siege – much more of everything than you normally get or can expect (coffee, filters, tea, hot chocolate, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner and 101 other things all in plentiful supply). The pace is very quiet in a friendly suburban neighborhood but a short walk to shops. And the area is central to all the most beautiful sites in the pacific northwest, including a local seaplane “airport“ with planes to the San Juan‘s, Canada and so on. This is the best “rental“ I have ever stayed at and the value is very high.
